12th May 2024 (7 days ago)Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.
29th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)The agents we spoke to were very friendly, approachable and professional. They supported us to help us get the price we wanted for our property. Marketing was really good: the house was on their social media platforms and on Rightmove. I couldn’t recommend them more!
2nd Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)I have an extremely positive experience from NPE throughout my journey with them. From renting out my property which they have managed, to almost completing the sale process. I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.

19th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Bobby the Manager is so kind and approachable. In fact all the staff have been over years. I have recommended a few people to Lilypad’s because they’re just great. This estate agent the best on high street for sure. No snobby attitude down to earth easy going business with firm and fair approach. Always brings good neighbours to area and take on feedback to improve.

Richards local knowledge and expertise in property secured a sale in just a couple of weeks. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone in need of a capable honest estate agent.
