13th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.
15th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing
22nd Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)My Wife Lynn recently used Martin & Co Estate Agents in Hinckley for the sale of her late father’s home. Jan in particular became like a friend to her and always returned our telephone calls when asked and she always kept us informed which was very important to us. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and also a very nice man. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co for any sale or purchase.
2nd Apr 2026 (8 days ago)I lived in a house let by Suttons for almost 7 years and I would definitely say I had no issues and they were always promptly addressing any repairs or other requests I raised. Meg is such a wonderful letting agent and she never failed to quickly respond to any emails I sent. Thanks Suttons for being such a nice letting agent to deal with :)
9th Apr 2026 (1 day ago)After having such a poor experience with another estate agent, we moved to Atkinson Stilgoe and I am so glad we did. The team are absolutely brilliant, from booking in for a valuation, the viewings and feedback after each one, right through to completion. Lewis and Summer particularly stood out for us, their communication was second to none and if they said they were going to get something done they would. The team have made what has always been a stressful process so much easier. I couldn’t recommend them enough and thank you again.
22nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)one star is one star too many! Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!
13th Oct 2025 (26 weeks ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.
9th Apr 2026 (1 day ago)Matt and Megan were really nice people to deal with. I found their communication good and the valuation was spot on. I had plenty of viewings and have now exchanged contracts. Although I understand it is sometimes difficult, I did have a number of potential buyers who could have been qualified a little better. Overall, I was really happy with the service and result.

A truly professional estate agency with real common sense (sadly rare these days). They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

She was always responsive to emails and calls whenever I needed her, and consistently professional and informative throughout. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend Encasa to anyone looking to buy a property they’ve been brilliant and helped me secure my first home ??

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

28th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I recently started renting a property advertised via Maisonette Estate and was very impressed with the efficient way everything was handled. Rebecca met me at the house for a look around and was very helpful and friendly and from then on handled everything exceptionally well , right from when I filled in the application to a week later when I was successful and moved in. A big thank you to Rebecca who made it all an easy and stress free experience.

3rd Apr 2026 (7 days ago)My Parents house was already on the market but it didn’t seem to be moving after a few months so we spotted Bayzos & decided to ring & get them out. Phill promptly came out to value my late parents house, what a really lovely guy, he was very professional & extremely compassionate as he understood this wasn’t an easy process for us, he took time to explain everything that we needed to know & was completely honest. We were extremely pleased with Phill & Bayzos and to be honest was gutted that we in the end we didn’t need them. As we suddenly we got an offer on the house and we accepted. Sadly we had to ring Phill and let him know we had an offer and couldn’t continue to use Bayzos . Phill was great & very understanding and told us if we needed anything, he was there for us to give us any advice. Even in the later weeks while the sale was going through he was still checking in every so often seeing if everything was going ok. So if ever in the future we need an estate agents Bayzos will definitely be top of the list .

At the first viewing Suzanne herself showed me around the property - her knowledge, expertise and experience really sold the house to me. I was given recommendations for tradesmen following survey and provided with regular updates throughout the process. A brilliant experience all around.
13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.
