They were always helpful, friendly and respectful, and I felt they genuinely cared about their tenants.<br><br>Finding a house can be difficult, especially when many landlords are not willing to accept you, but they supported me throughout and helped me find a suitable home. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly, usually within 1-2 working days.<br><br>The move-out process was also very smooth, and my deposit was returned within a week.<br><br>Overall, I really appreciate their support, honesty and professionalism. They made the whole renting experience much easier and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent

What really stood out was the level of service — always professional, responsive and delivered with a genuine smile from start to finish. The agent was friendly, but this was a wasted 1hr round trip for us. They also did not contact us to rearrange the viewing - I think this is very poor.

His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

3rd Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.

Suzanne and her team were highly professional, very responsive, and communicated very quickly and effectively at all stages. A What’sApp group involving me plus all the key staff meant that we all knew what was happening regarding viewings, offers and contract conclusions. The staff is a small, knowledgeable team, and they are clearly all invested in doing the best for their clients.<br>Suzanne understood what was important to us, and this meant her guidance on price and on potential buyers was spot-on.<br>So I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .

They are both approachable and easy talk to.<br><br>The conveyancing solicitor they recommended was very good too.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend YourDreamPad and I would use their services again.<br><br>Thank you again Richard and Molly, I couldn't have received a better service.
