27th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Asked for a rental quote on a property, they came out after 3 days to view the property which is standard. Then I had to Chase them after 4 days of non contact. They operate via whatapp and say all the staff and agents can view my messages and someone will respond back ASAP. I asked about the gold package etc. I then decided not to deal with these guys after ive left 3 messages and calls in 1 week. If I did sign a contract for these guys to get Tennants for me and when things go wrong they wont be in a rush to help or sort things out.. this for me is a red flag.. am glad I didn't go with Tutis in the end.. if this company can't be bothered to respond to you after 3 or 4 days then they probably won't respond if you have issues with your Tennants in your property..

They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.
24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)A Fantastic service from all at Elizabeth Davenport, Nick was fantastic from the start restoring our faith in Estate Agents he was always straight talking and more importantly kept in touch with us even when there was nothing to report. Michael was brilliant with the viewings especially as we had already moved out.. The person we were most impressed with (Sorry Nick & Michael ????????????) was Kelly from the sales progression team, boy she knows her stuff… She kept on top of everyone in the chain both the other agents and the solicitors, she knew more about what was going on and when than our solicitor. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

3rd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.

The valuation was thorough, and I felt they were honest and realistic throughout. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
