1st Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Karen jo and the 2 ladies could not have been more helpful friendly and professional. If you are a landlord or tenant I highly recommend you use 1st lettings for absolute peace of mind.

Catherine is super friendly and communication is great. Charlotte is 100% proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of the time of day. I would have no hesitation recommending them!

The moment we first met, I already felt in safe hands, her friendly personality and wealth of knowledge confirmed we made the right choice. She knew more about our house than we did, including the quality of our builders. She saw the potential and knew what our house was worth. From start to finish the entire process was stress-free and seamless. Julie and her team, especially Beth were fast and efficient. Beth answered all of our questions and always gave us fast feedback after viewings. This team stands out from the rest and I cannot recommend them enough.
