16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

10th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately Shortland Horne had my property on their books for 19 weeks and only managed to secure 2 viewings in that time frame One of those viewings was a buyer that could only offer £30k below the asking price due to mortgage restrictions I was advised to reduce the price by £10k but this still didn't yeld viewings or offers despite the property being completely renovated with no chain I was impressed with the pitch when choosing an estate agent and chose Shortland Horne over others but the reality of the selling process has not met expectations

13th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I rented a flat through them in the Coventry city centre for nearly 3 years. I was very satisfied with their transparency and overall professionalism. I used to mostly liaise with Annette and Carla and both were very prompt in responding to queries and addressing issues. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and comfortable!

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

I am simply awed by the manner and way in which they follow-up on issues with the accommodation. Ensuring our comfort is met despite the setbacks due to this dreadful pandemic. Kudos to Vesta Team, definitely recommending them.
7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.

We had the first buyers dropping off right before exchange but they both persisted, helped put the house back on the market straight away and throughout the entire time Lois was an invaluable help, pushing solicitors to provide updates, arranging surveys, communicating frequently with us. We could not have asked for a more personal approach. Thank you from both of us, your support was really appreciated!

6th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)What a brilliant caring and compassionate team. I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's. I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold. The acid tests are: 1. Would I use them again - absolutely 2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation

Gary, Kate and Kelly in particular are incredible assets to the company and made the sale of our property such a straightforward process, particularly in the face of some difficult buyer situations. Estate agents like Yeomans may cost you a bit more than these online firms but my goodness are they worth it for their local knowledge and personal service. Thank you team!

1st Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Williams & Binch were fab for the sale of our parents house. It was sold within a week! The staff were excellent and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
