I have been very happy dealing with them and would thoroughly recommend Vaughan Reynolds to handle the sale of a property. After a poor experience with an Estate Agency, this was so much less stressful and more pleasant.

Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.

I would not recommend working with or engaging with this organisation as the owner is entirely rude and entitled. Completely poor service to prospective clients. Owner Leon was unprofessional and walked away during the middle of a conversation. AVOID USING THIS AGENCY.
13th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)I rented a flat through them in the Coventry city centre for nearly 3 years. I was very satisfied with their transparency and overall professionalism. I used to mostly liaise with Annette and Carla and both were very prompt in responding to queries and addressing issues. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and comfortable!

The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.
