Professional, efficient and reliable - exactly what you need when finding a suitable tenant. I was really impressed with the swift process and promptness to getting the right tenant (within 7 days from advertising to moving in!)

3rd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Five stars really isn’t enough to convey our gratitude to Carters Estate Agents for their ongoing support & excellent service during the sale of our property. From our first meeting to value our property, they were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Our sale has been a complicated one, with a large chain & several issues from our initial developer (new build), which has meant Carters have had to liaise with many third parties to provide thorough and regular updates. They have checked in with us throughout, offering moral support as well as everything else. Without their support, our move would have been so much more stressful. A big thank you & shout out to Alex who we have worked with throughout. Alex you are fantastic at your job, and have been an absolute star for us from start to finish. 9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Atkinson satilgoe have been amazing to us! We needed to move from 1 property to another pretty quick, and Ben made that happen. They are very efficient and quick to get us into the new property within 2 weeks all checks and paper work was done within a couple of weeks communication is great. They also gave us a moving in gift whitch is a very nice touch. I would highly recommend Atkinson stilgoe in balsall common.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,

We challenge you to make public your last phone call with us, so that everyone can witness firsthand the extent of your rudeness and unprofessionalism. Cadman Homes: unprofessional estate agents with the worst customer service. Don't trust them with your property needs.
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.

17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Had to sell my Mums flat as she moved into a care home. Had several quotes from estate agents. Danny from Crabb Curtis came out to value flat. Gave very good advice and didn't put me under pressure to sign up there and then unlike to other agents. So after a week we rang Crabb Curtis to proceed with the sale . We were looked after by Danny and Jessica until the sale completed . They have been excellent keeping us updated all through the sale. sorted out any issues that occurred . I would have no hesitation in recommending them First class Dave
