Jan in particular is an extremely professional and knowledgeable lady, she returned telephone calls when asked, often within minutes and provided guidance throughout the process. She also provided me with details of a specialist service as I was having difficulty locating one. I also feel I need to mention Steve, what a great chap, professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise! I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. I would 100% recommend them for any sale or purchase. Thanks again Martin & Co!

8th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)We successfully sold our house in Balsall Common via Atkinson Stilgoe in October. It was a long and sometimes difficult process mainly due to 2 selling chains collapsing near to exchange,no fault of Atkinson Stilgoe. On all 3 occasions that we sold STC,the buyers made an offer soon after our house went on the market and Shauna and colleagues were helpful in communicating with others involved in the chain.The web listing and video were outstanding. We are very thankful for their support and positivity during our roller-coaster experience.

24th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients
7th May 2025 (15 days ago)It’s been amazing working with cloud9 estates so far especially working with manager Jonathan who’s taking care of the legal stuff associated with the sale of my property & finding a buyer within 4 weeks of advertising it online, I’m forever grateful for them and it’s been so easy communicating with the sale team in general, I would definitely recommend and turn to them again in the future for purchase, rental or sale purposes!
