30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!

1st Dec 2022 (1 year ago)I cannot rate the team in the Bakewell office highly enough. From initial visit to taking appointments to photos and video and then on going advice and support the professionalism of the team was outstanding. Lucy was assigned to oversee my sale and her advice, experience and knowledge of the market was excellent. She clearly new her business!!!!! Her communication was also excellent throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use the team again and would without hesitation recommend them to others

14th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have been trying to contact this estate agent to enquire about a property for over one and a quarter hours...no reply to my call...just an answer machine...I would be fuming if I was the vendor...very unsatisfactory... unbelievable in fact... I've been phoning on and off between 12.50 and 2.17...nothing....

With the initial one only viewing with Paul, then all of the help from Sam and particularly Rebecca has made our passage and transition to our New Home much easier than otherwise would have been. Thanks to all the Team @ Green & May. We would fully recommend them as a very good Estate Agents.

Thereafter, there communication and constant updates have guided us through the minefield of selling our home. The team have constantly gone above and beyond to help us secure buyers and make the process as smooth as possible.

11th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)We chose wards because of the estate agent's professionalism and her attitude. Our property sold within a month on placing it on the market and is in the early stages of this process so only time will tell and the next stages and how it processes.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
