14th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)This has to be the worst of any solicitor in Dumfries.Sarah Powell has not excelled in any department related to my sister’s issue.Communication is shocking and I hasten to say maybe lack of knowledge!!!! Please just keep to selling houses ( You will be judged otherwise)

We are currently in the process of buying a house with them but they would be our first choice if we ever came to sell our house

I initially started off with a solicitor estate agent, and sat on the market for the best part of a year with very little viewings. I contact Nicola and after speaking with her decided to proceed. I was blown away with the service, she prepared my house for the photographs. It made such a difference and she was genuinely excited about showing my property. Two months in and we received an offer. Nicola came round on the day of the move to make sure we were on track. She has a very calming, caring nature, whilst efficiently guiding you. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience.
26th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Asked us to pay for cleaning the flat in return for our full deposit back, only to delay returning our deposit for 5 months, only to go back on that, and claim half the deposit. This was after years of poor service. Don't trust these people.
