19th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.

He took amazing photos that showed off the property really well, and unbelievably, it sold just one day after going on the market. His communication was clear and prompt throughout, and the fees were very reasonable too.
