2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.

As well as their extensive experience, geniune knowledge of the market, and being total professionals throughout the process, Matt, Hetal and Mary all have excellent people skills (rare in this business) and are brilliant to deal with. We have been with other agents in the area before and none even came close. They found us a great buyer in a difficult market and helped them and us at every stage. Can’t recommend highly enough! *****

5th Oct 2025 (26 weeks ago)H&S has a brilliant photographer who took great pictures of our house. Over 12 weeks H&S found us 3 viewers none of which put an offer in. Taking a break & will list again in Spring.

4th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

16th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. They don't provide any service unless when it comes to asking for money. They keep changing staff from their side so there is no point of contact. Awful agency. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!

From start to finish, Simon was highly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. He guided us through the entire process with clarity and confidence, always taking the time to explain each step and respond promptly to our questions. His understanding of the market, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring manner made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.

Having seen how they operate in both roles, I can confidently say they run a very efficient and professional service. As a tenant, the process was straightforward and well managed, with clear communication and responsive staff. That positive experience is one of the reasons I later chose them when I became a landlord. Now, with several properties let and managed through them, I’ve found their team to be highly organised and proactive. They handle tenant sourcing, referencing, and ongoing management smoothly, and they keep landlords well informed throughout the process. Any queries or issues are dealt with promptly, which gives real peace of mind when managing property. Their fees are fair for the level of service provided, and they clearly have strong market knowledge across London. They’ve been effective at securing good tenants and maintaining occupancy, which is exactly what landlords want. Overall, my experience with Benham and Reeves has been very positive. I’d happily recommend them to other landlords looking for a reliable and efficient letting and management agent in London. A special shout out to Marc, who has been excellent to work with.
