They kept us updated throughout the entire process, were always approachable, and never came across as pushy or sales-driven.<br><br>I will certainly be looking to use them when we decide to sell and move home.

Their team were consistently professional, proactive and easy to deal with, and they took a lot of the stress out of the process. Communication was a real standout as we were kept updated at every stage and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly.<br><br>We also found the team friendly and approachable, which makes a big difference during what can be a stressful time. We always felt they were acting in everyone’s best interests rather than just trying to push a quick sale. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Unfortunately, several never returned my calls or sent me details of properties that didn't match my requirements.<br><br>Westley and the team at Morgan Alexander were completely different. They were always easy to contact, answered the phone promptly, and arranged viewings around my schedule, making what could have been a very stressful move much easier.<br><br>Their professionalism, communication, and customer service were excellent throughout the process. They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim
