They regularly kept us updated on progress with both properties and were proactive in securing viewings for the property we were selling-which was no mean feat during a challenging period when demand from house-buyers rapidly decreased. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. 20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
