The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. As first-time buyers, this was all new to us, but Mesut has been so friendly and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He has always been quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we’ve had, making everything feel much less overwhelming.<br><br>He was able to find us the best rates and always took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood each step. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Mesut to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking for someone they can trust.

He connects so well that I found it more easier to describe what type of flat I was looking for myself and son. His communication skills and deep knowledge about his job is for me unquestionable.<br><br>I will always go back to him if a suitable flat is posted on Hamptons Estate website because I know I will meet someone who can help me make the best decision.

Sterling went above and beyond for us to close a sale on our last property in a tough market. Throughout the process Sterling was pro-active in keeping us updated, even communicating directly with our conveyancer to speed things along, and we felt he really fought our corner during those last couple of weeks of buyer inquiries when the sale could either go through or fall through.<br>I would highly recommend Stirling the rest of the team at James Hayward including Dee, Julian and Lisa.

This little team worked their socks off , I had more viewings in 3 weeks than I had in 2 years . Ultimately they secured the sale. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

9th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim
