16th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Riley from Kings Group Enfield was the best estate agent we’ve met during our 8 month journey of trying to purchase our first home.<br><br>We’d gotten close to purchasing a couple of times over that period so met many agents along the way. And I can’t stress this enough, Riley and Kings Group Enfield were leagues above the rest.<br><br>It can be really exhausting when you are on your 40th viewing and have to put up with patronising sales energy and often vague answers to your queries but from our first viewing through to completion Riley was patient, incredibly informative about the property/area and went the extra mile at every opportunity.<br><br>Thanks for everything! Would 100% recommend.

23rd May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

One of the other agents (VM) suggested nearly £80k less than the price we received!! Duncan Perry’s knowledge of the local market is second to none. I would strongly recommend using them.

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend

She listened to all of our needs and requests and did everything to make sure they were met. She was always available, even when she wasn’t on the clock, which was so reassuring as it was our first time renting with Foxtons.
