He was a great point of contact between both parties and was always willing to help move things along when needed.<br><br>Overall, he made what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more manageable. Elia was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always patient with me despite the many questions I had (as I wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly).<br><br>Elia was always available when I contacted her, consistently polite, reassuring and supportive throughout the journey. They remained positive when I was losing faith, they followed up when they said they would and got answers when needed. It's a stressful process but was made infinitely smoother with Chris' help and expertise.
