Communication was excellent, feedback was consistent and honest, and everything progressed incredibly smoothly — ultimately resulting in the successful sale of our flat.<br><br>I have to give a very special mention to Laura, who was quite simply exceptional. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

Andrew was so much more dynamic and positive, and very honest which was refreshing.<br>The whole Team kept us updated at every stage, and if there were problems outside there remit they knew someone that could, and did help.<br>There was also a clear strategy if the house wasn't attracting interest, which definatly worked in our case.<br>Could not recommend Leabrooks highly enough

The team were phenomenal - Olivia and Ann-Marie in the Loughton office and Amanda as our sales progressor. We always felt like their priority and they were there to handle and communicate with us on any potential issues, resolving any concerns that we had. They were miracle workers when our buyer dropped out, securing us a new buyer within days! This meant that we were able to secure the house of our dreams! I highly recommend Durden and Hunt.
