We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. I now practically have a brand new house!<br><br>I'm so happy and thankful for George's hard work, dedication, and commitment to ensuring that my children and I have a beautiful place to call home. His help and support have made such a huge difference, and I truly appreciate everything he has done for us.<br><br>My children and I are going to have a lovely Christmas in our new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. 19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.

She was lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole renting process much easier for us.

Damien provided a better than expected but realistic valuation based on the current local housing market. He provided practical advice on which type of buyer would give a fair price but would also enable a quick house sale. House was sold within 6 months at a price I was very happy with! Well done Damien and everyone at Breens Estate Agents, I would highly recommend! ????????????

From the very beginning of the process right through to completion, the service we received was exceptional.<br><br>We always felt that everything was being handled professionally and that we were being kept fully informed. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had a question or needed an update, we received a prompt, helpful and reassuring response.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. We never felt like just another property on the books — there was a genuine commitment to getting our sale through and dealing with any issues that arose along the way.<br><br>We are extremely grateful for all the hard work, patience and support that went into our sale, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an estate agent.<br><br>A huge thank you, especially to Charlene and Jack, for helping us successfully sell our home and move on to the next chapter.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

A special mention of Amie here, who went above and beyond to keep things on track throughout (and reassurance for me when I needed it at times in the sale process). We also used their reccomended solicitors who were absolutely fantastic too.<br><br>When it came to photographs of the property, David was very knowledgeable about styling the house and we were able to sell within 2 days of being on the market. We are now in our absolute dream house and are very happy that we used Park Lane.

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.
5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had a viewing booked for 3:25 pm and had travelled around 1.5 hours to get there. Before 3:00 pm, I called to let the agent know that due to Underground delays, I would be around 15 minutes late.<br>I was simply told that the viewing could no longer go ahead and that I should rebook for Monday or Tuesday, with no attempt to accommodate a slightly later arrival that day.<br>I understand that being late can affect their schedule, but I gave more than 25 minutes’ notice because the delay was outside my control. After travelling such a long way, I found the way this was handled extremely inflexible and disappointing.

He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, answered all of our questions, and kept everything moving smoothly.<br><br>As first time buyers, my wife and I were understandably nervous about the whole process. From the very beginning, their onboarding service was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free.What really stood out to me was their communication. They use WhatsApp to provide regular updates, which made the whole process seamless. Because they are so quick to respond, I always felt kept in the loop. They even replied to my messages after hours when my busy workday meant I forgot to reach out during standard office hours.The entire team is lovely, honest, helpful, and absolute pleasure to deal with.
