My home had previously been listed with three different agents who were unable to secure a sale, yet Gabriel stepped in and achieved what the others could not. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a level of professionalism and persistence that truly set him apart from the rest of the industry. He is incredibly effective at what he does and remained dedicated to the process until the very end. If you want a result where others have failed, Gabriel is the person you need to go to.

Prior to the sale the house had been let by the letting line who were also always very professional. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell or rent their property.

She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria. When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market! Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Yvonne and Bairstow Eves again.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

27th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Highly Recommended ?This is the second time we’ve used Morgan Alexander—the first being 10 years ago—and they are just as excellent now as they were then. ?On this occasion they handled the sale of our property, they were absolutely pivotal in making our entire move happen. We faced some particularly complex issues during the process, and the Westley was instrumental in holding the chain together. MA didn't just manage the sale; they proactively smoothed out complications and ensured we finally got across the line. ?If you want an agent who stays involved and genuinely cares about the outcome, I can’t recommend them enough. Consistent, professional, and highly effective.

I was informed in writing that the refund had been approved and passed to the accounting team, yet no payment was made and no replies were received despite several follow?ups. The lack of responsiveness after tenancy termination and the difficulty in tracking the deposit created unnecessary stress. Tenants should be cautious and be prepared to chase persistently for deposit refunds.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

One more college i would like to thank to is Victoria Faulkner she was amazing in more then words can describe!! I would recommend target to any family or anyone that is looking for a house or a property they are the most amazing staff i have worked with I am truly great full for these two amazing people Thank you again to Victoria Faulkner & Kai Davies the best service i have ever got from a letting agency

It was long & tedious, to say the least, but the team always kept us going, even when we felt that everything was in danger of falling apart. Special shout out to Elliot, for all his much-appreciated updates; these genuinely kept us afloat for months on end. The congratulatory hamper we received from the company upon completion, was the absolute icing on the cake!
