Cameron was our first point of contact and really helpful in getting our house listed quickly, and the whole team (Barney, Christian, Graca, Shaz) worked around our schedules to manage viewings. Unlike other agents we have worked with in the past, each BM agent was fully briefed on our house and able to offer a personalised tour and helpful insights to prospective buyers. Akill was very patient and helpful in securing our mortgage and handled the process seamlessly. Barrie was instrumental in working with solicitors and agents up and down the chain to ensure that we moved to exchange quickly; he really went above and beyond in keeping all parties regularly informed and managing any issues that came up, which meant that our stress was minimised and we felt very taken care of throughout the process. We could not be happier with BM and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell locally - we have tried other agents in the area, and BM are a class apart.

2nd Apr 2024 (29 days ago)I have recently rented my property out via Kings Enfield and have been very pleased with the entire process. Kings have a large clientele, my property was like gold dust with this management company and they excelled from start to finish. Elleisha and Sophie in particular have worked exceptionally hard to ensure it has all been a smooth process, they both found me the perfect tenants (so far so good) and have had fantastic communication with myself throughout. I have been a bit of a nightmare at times, asking endless questions, not accepting offers and making the process longer than it needed to be, but they never made me feel I was being a burden, and here we are today! Happy tenants and a happy landlord, thank you very much!
4th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Sebastien Andreu came out to our home to begin the sale process. He was very polite & professional and made us feel comfortable going with KFH for our sale. Liam Huseyin took on the job of selling our house. He was exceptional, his knowledge with every part (and more) of the process was faultless. Any problems or concerns were always dealt with promptly by Liam and he would always make himself available to chat should I just walk in, which I did often. Liam did a superb job on our sale. Also a mention to Beyzan Beyzade who was our contact when Liam was out of the office, she advised and saw that all messages were passed on appropriately. All round a fantastic team to work with!

Everyone on the team is helpful, dedicated and proactive and made the whole process as hassle free as buying and selling can be! Wouldn't use anyone else if looking to buy or sell in Leytonstone or Wanstead.

They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.

The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
