15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Outstanding service from the team at Chancellors in Finchley who have overseen the sale of my late parents' home and some associated land. Robert Schaverien, Lloyd Salisbury and Maedah Sadooghi have been extremely professional, offering wise counsel and patience when at times things felt very stressful for me. Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Graca and Barney were excellent, persistent and diligent in helping us sell our home.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Couldn’t overstate how brilliant Savills were during my sale.
From the first day I met Lynn Ellis at the property I knew I had made the right decision in using them. It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Susie was very helpful throughout the whole process. She is warm, welcoming and genuinely cares about what she does. She understood exactly what we were looking for and was especially supportive when we needed to discuss some important points with the vendor after the survey. She has a lovely personality and was always a pleasure to deal with. We’re really grateful for her help!
12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely happy with the support and guidance that Mesut provided me throughout the process, you were always available, even after work hours. Whether you are a first time buyer or moving home, Mesut is the guy to go to for your Mortgage. I am grateful for all your help, thank you so much!
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I am a landlord, and for nearly 10 years now, Hamilton Chase has been helping me manage my rental properties and assisted me in buying properties. Both the purchase team and the lettings team have been extremely sincere, friendly, professional and responsible.
When I needed to move out and let the property this September, Hamilton Chase provided me with tremendous assistance. I had left belongings in the flat which was in a state of chaos, they found the right people helping me clear it out, enabling me to move out as planned. Without them, things would never have gone so smoothly.
Having worked with Hamilton Chase for many years, I believe they are an excellent estate agent that truly has their clients’ best interests at heart. As a landlord, I can confirm that they always respond promptly to tenants’ requests. I would gladly recommend Hamilton Chase to every tenant and landlord.
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Wonderful service
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Lettings team is terrible. Do not recommend. Put my friend through absolute hell. Stay away from Leah and Ewa. 0 stars.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)So happy I just had my completion day today 25/9 and it was not possible without the help of Chris! He is just a positive guy that i can hear it radiating over the phone. He makes way to solve any issue that will be in the way of achieving completion, he is reliable, professional and really just makes things happen. He looks on all possible routes to sell. I highly recommend. Thank you very much Chris! So happy i chose bairstow eves.
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Nicky and Debbie are exceptional. They helped me sell my flat and conducted themselves with professionalism and grace.
A BIG THANK YOU to Nicky and Debbie!
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Adam Hayes offered me excellent service. In particular Redon the senior letting agent responsible for my move did everything he could to ensure the process went smoothly. I experienced him to be well mannered, professional and accommodating throughout. I would highly recommend this company to others seeking a new home.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Had a fantastic experience with this company. Saam was excellent in helping the process from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend!
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Avoid these estate agents.

In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.

I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.

I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.

Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.

What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. My 13 months dealing with them were stressful, disappointing and completely unacceptable.
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Sold my flat today, Alex and the Team kept me updated on all viewings to accepting offer to sale, couldn't have asked for more.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I was a tenant with Alex Crown for 1 year. It was a good experience. Didn’t have many issues with the property but when we did, the team were responsive and quick to address. The team were always friendly, and the checking in/ out of the property at the start/ end of tenancy was a positive experience. Thank you Alex Crown!
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thank you for helping us find a home internationally, kudos to Neah for great communication.

7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)My boyfriend and I had a positive experience with MiHomes while searching for our flat. Elia was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always patient with me despite the many questions I had (as I wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly).

Elia was always available when I contacted her, consistently polite, reassuring and supportive throughout the journey. It was not the easiest process for us, so I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. We are now happy tenants, hopefully one day we will be happy home owners ?? thank you Elia from C & J!

Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.
21st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Element Properties, from helping us secure our rental to now managing the property. Throughout, they’ve made the whole process feel smooth, straightforward and genuinely enjoyable.

A special mention to Josh, Danny and Sarah, who have been brilliant from the very beginning. They’re always responsive, thoughtful and happy to help, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. Their attention to detail and warm, personal approach make the experience feel bespoke, without ever feeling impersonal or transactional.

It’s rare to find an agency that combines such exceptional service with genuine care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Element Properties to anyone looking for a team that truly goes the extra mile.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Max while renting our property.
He was professional, approachable, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
