8th May 2026 (16 days ago)Having previously struggled to sell our property with Barnard Marcus and Martyn Gerrard we were sceptical Hamptons would be any better, but how wrong were we! Hamptons were exceptional from the start of the process to the end, Debbie in particular was an angel! Debbie knew our property inside out and really sold the house for every viewing, resulting in 2 offers! I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamptons again in the future and won't be considering any other agents for the job!

There were a couple of moments that got nervy in the process but Dino handled all sides so professionally that we all got through the purchase very happily. Highly recommend!

13th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. Initially, the property was advertised for £2000, but after I agreed, the rent was suddenly increased to £2100. I was also asked to pay multiple deposits and advance rent, which I did in full. When I received the keys and moved in, the house was not ready at all. There were multiple issues—no proper electricity setup, no gas card, broken fittings, and unfinished repairs. Even though I was promised everything would be fixed, it took over a month after moving in to complete basic work. Later, serious issues like no heating and no hot water continued for months. Despite repeated complaints, the landlord failed to take responsibility and even asked me to arrange repairs myself, which is unacceptable when full rent is being paid. I gave proper notice and paid all rent up to my move-out date. However, now the landlord is refusing to return my deposit and is still making unreasonable demands. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional service, poor maintenance, and no accountability. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
16th May 2026 (8 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again.

They were very kind and dealt with everything with a lot of patience and understanding. They always responded quickly, answered all our questions, and helped make everything much less stressful. Thanks to their help, we were able to secure our new home smoothly. We really appreciate all their hard work and kindness??????

Her expertise in the local market was evident from our first meeting, and she provided a clear, strategic plan for selling our home. Louisa was incredibly communicative, providing updates after every viewing and following up with detailed feedback. Then there was Pio. Oh, what a joy to work with. He was very efficient, super quick to update the PropertyFile App & he has a wonderful sense of humor. I felt fully supported and informed throughout the entire process. If you want dedicated professionals, who genuinely care & gets results, I would highly recommend Louisa & Pio.

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????

Both George and Hiten went above and beyond to respond to any queries and requests which we had throughout the process (which ended up being more complex than we had originally envisaged). They were always incredibly professional, clear in their communication, generous with their time and worked with us to find constructive and proactive solutions. One of the best decisions we made throughout the process of moving house was deciding to list with Element!

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)We used Dexters Muswell Hill Estate Agents to sell our flat, and overall they did a very solid job. The team were courteous, switched on and kept us in the loop without any faff, which made the whole process feel much less stressful than expected. Their local knowledge was genuinely useful when it came to pricing and viewings, and they handled the back-and-forth with a good deal of patience. There were a couple of moments where communication could have been a touch sharper, but nothing that caused real trouble. On the whole, they were professional, approachable and got the job done with a calm, steady manner. I’d happily recommend them if you’re after an estate agent who knows the area and treats the process with proper care.
