I had the pleasure to deal with Peter that is very attentive, kind and tries to help as much as he can. I will definitely recommend Stonehouse Estates to everyone that is looking for professional staff and a honest agency that does everything by the book. Thanks a lot!
25th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)My rental flat has recently needed replacement heating which the lettings manager organised on my behalf; using an experienced and reliable company; communicating with the tenant and coordinating with the heating company and myself - ensuring the works were carried out to everyone’s satisfaction. I was most grateful for the great deal of time and effort which the manager put into the project on my behalf. More recently a fire door assessment was carried out by an external company; and again the lettings manager was on site and available for access if needed; and as a reassuring presence for the tenant whilst the doors were being inspected. I had the opportunity to meet the lettings manager (Keith) and was most impressed by his genuine interest in both the requirements of my tenant and myself as landlord. My rental investment is still in safe hands; as it has been for the last 26 years !

28th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Booked-in for a viewing on the 28th March of a 1bd flat in Wandsworth but, when I arrived, the agent said the landlord provided an incorrect address and the flat available for a viewing is a studio and not a 1bd, for the very same price. Completely unprofessional timewasters.

They’ve always been helpful especially when moving back in my property Kirsty and Shabana have been great at helping this happen even though it took longer than anticipated. 24th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

Keeping me in the loop, nick also is fantastic. They are truly the dream team, honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else. And to be honest I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents previously and Mi Homes is by far the most professional and geniune people. They really wanted to help find my dream flat. In which they have. Thank you

Worked around the clock to ensure we were updated with any information revelant to the sale of the house. Mr Cole was very prompt and professional from the first day of showing the property. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others, for their services. I would go as far as to say that we were blessed when we decided you secure the services of Cole Harding. 9th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Target Property has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and unreliable agency to work with. Despite numerous attempts to contact them regarding property viewings and inquiries, they consistently ignore emails and fail to return phone calls. Their lack of communication is astounding - not once have I been able to speak with a representative directly, as my calls always end up in voicemail with no follow-up. Even when I took the initiative to visit their office in person, hoping to get some assistance, I was met with indifference and apathy. It's disheartening to know that I'm not alone in experiencing such poor service from Target Property. Talking to others who have dealt with them recently, it's clear that my experience is not isolated. In conclusion, I would strongly caution anyone against using Target Property for their real estate needs. Their utter disregard for customer inquiries and unprofessional behavior make them a regrettable choice for anyone in search of a reliable property agency.
