Since taking over the management of my property in late October 2025, she has been absolutely phenomenal at getting things done swiftly and efficiently. The moment I report any issues or repairs required in my property, Chelsea is instantly on it and always ensures everything is handled promptly. I truly cannot thank her enough for her commitment, professionalism, and support towards her tenants. 23rd Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Gabriel highly enough for anyone looking to sell their property. My home had previously been listed with three different agents who were unable to secure a sale, yet Gabriel stepped in and achieved what the others could not. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a level of professionalism and persistence that truly set him apart from the rest of the industry. He is incredibly effective at what he does and remained dedicated to the process until the very end. If you want a result where others have failed, Gabriel is the person you need to go to.
29th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Peter and his team have been extremely proactive and responsive to our recent house move. After only 2 weeks on the market we secured a chain with four buyers but had a challenge with the start of the chain. This has taken several months and continual chasing by Paul Wallace to secure a success for all. We all finally moved yesterday and grateful thanks to all and highly recommend all at Paul Wallace, Hoddesdon.

Her expertise in the local market was evident from our first meeting, and she provided a clear, strategic plan for selling our home. Louisa was incredibly communicative, providing updates after every viewing and following up with detailed feedback. Then there was Pio. Oh, what a joy to work with. He was very efficient, super quick to update the PropertyFile App & he has a wonderful sense of humor. I felt fully supported and informed throughout the entire process. He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

1st May 2026 (23 days ago)Kacie and Felicity both took it upon themselves to guage how much I wanted a property and as soon as it became available they let me know within a few minutes. This gave my confidence that they both genuinely cared about finding my new home! On top of this, every question I asked was answered. The biggest standout trait was how proactive they were with suggestions, communication, viewings, everything across the board. I just let them know what I was looking for and they did the rest. Matched me with a perfect landlord which also highlights the level of quality Felicity and Kacie maintain. I would 100% recommend and I’ve definitely found my one stop shop for all things property! From start to finish Rojda was incredibly helpful, attentive, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. As first-time buyers, the whole experience felt overwhelming at times, but Rojda was always there whenever we needed her. She answered every call and message promptly, kept us constantly updated, explained everything clearly, and made us feel reassured throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to push things forward, chase updates, keep everything organised, and ensure the process stayed on track. We’re do I start probably the best in the uk definitely the best in Loughton and surrounding areas, my two daughters bought there first home with them from the word go Mattew one of the ceo made them feel so comfortable as this could be a difficult time for first time buyers he actually took a lot off my shoulders , he guided them negotiated the price and secured the property for them , he advised them through out the sale he didn’t just stop at securing the sale , it was a very hard and difficult sale due to people in the chain but with all his hard work and effort he got there at the end , Aaron who is a partner there got the girls a mortgage through there in house brokers then he got his in house solicitors Avrillo to complete the sale phoning on a daily basis making sure everything went through swiftly and smoothly as possible he literally took all the weight off the girls shoulders and held there hand all the way through which estate agents company do that well this is the first I came across and I’ve had a few properties under my belt , they are definitely a cut above the rest , the whole team there work so closely with you ,and are so friendly and professional you would think it’s a family business . If your thinking to buy through them go for it as your aware buying a house is so stressful but presidential estate will take over all the stress till the day they hand over the keys to you , 10/10 all round definitely will be using them again and recommend anyone buying try them first you will not be disappointed… many thanks matt and Aaron you guys are true legends.. best in the game .!
