They regularly kept us updated on progress with both properties and were proactive in securing viewings for the property we were selling-which was no mean feat during a challenging period when demand from house-buyers rapidly decreased. We had really positive experiences with all members of the sales team-Michael, Nino, Freddie and Charlotte-and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to sell their house. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

31st Mar 2024 (19 days ago)I was viewing a house for sale with the estate agent Donna Faircloth from Woodbury Homes and we had our time slot for 1pm and we waited for our time session but some other couple stood closer to the door and told her their time was for 1:45pm but asked to view early so she told us to wait as she'll show us after these people and so we waited. She eventually called us in while the other couple were viewing the garden and the rest of the house Then we were viewing the kitchen, the other couple were starting to leave so she asked us to wait and shut us in the kitchen so she can talk privately to the other couple. This was a bad experience and was the worst estate agent I have ever viewed with. I hope that Woodbury Homes does call me to explain Donna's behaviour and apologises for her leaving us in the kitchen for so long when she could have just let us view the rest of the property.

7th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Really poor service with this agent. We have been letting a flat through them and paid for full management service. Little did we know about it as it looks like no 'management' service was every provided past the sign of a contract. They didn't check anything with the tenant during their tenancy period, so they moved out without giving any notice or doing inventory, or providing the meter reading. We have lost out on a month rent. Have been chasing them for money owed to us since August 2023! But the woman there is doing everything possible to avoid calls, never replies to emails unless chased on a daily basis. Keep coming up with excuses why she can't return the money. She clearly knew the process and did not start the money recovering process until 2.5 months later when we stopped being nice and started demanding. As a client you don't have to be chasing the service provider. They seem to have a different view. Do not use them for property management unless you have cash to waste.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
