Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

As we were selling from another area they went over and above helping with viewings EPC issues etc. They guided us through every aspect of the sale in a calm and professional manner. Could not recommend them more highly.
16th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!

22nd Feb 2025 (28 days ago)All of the team at Pilkington Estates were friendly and knowledgeable. It was great to be able to call or text and get a prompt response, which is something we were unable to achieve with our previous agent. They were able to sell our property but we did unfortunately take a significant hit. We would have preferred to have achieved more from the sale but we’re pleased to have sold to a couple who fell in love with our home which is great to know as we have invested time, money and love into it during our decade of ownership. Thank you to the team for supporting us in our move!

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
