We felt confident in Greg’s estimated price and appreciated his commitment to sell at that price. Exmoor’s approach was quietly efficient. Their system to keep the process on track helped achieve a completion in 13 weeks. Their local expertise and presence were invaluable. Exmoor went way and beyond to provide an excellent service. 15th Apr 2025 (12 days ago)I would highly recommend Bond Oxborough Phillips (Ilfracombe office ). The selling team guided me through the process while keeping me informed about any feedback from viewings etc. Once the sale had been agreed , the sales progression team, led by Amanda ,again kept me informed throughout , liaising with both my and the buyers solicitors . Selling/ buying a property is always going to be a stressful experience. The team at B.O.P understands this and go above and beyond to help you. Keep up the good work & thank you Peter

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued. The team seems to strike a good balance of corporate professionalism while making clients feel they are cared for and valued.
