The communication was nothing but great throughout and we're very happy with the result. The KF app was great for managing viewings. Also happy with the marketing package. Would recommend the Edinburgh KF team and will likely use the KF services again.

18th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

21st Aug 2023 (1 year ago)I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion. My deposit was also quickly returned to me at the end of the tenancy, without any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Yvonne and the Property Bureau to potential future renters.

Nicola, Pam and the rest of the team made this a totally stress free experience from first consultation to completion. They certainly have an expert knowledge of the local market and their advice on how to prepare and present the property was excellent. We highly recommend Cathedral City Estates to anyone considering selling or purchasing a property in the local area.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!.png)

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

We have been blown away by their service with how they handled us, especially keeping calm in somewhat stressful situations. We were never let down from Morgan or Rosscoe. Their knowledge of the market and how to navigate through potentially tricky situations always amazed me. I have no issues recommending them to any readers of this review. A massive thank you again for all your hard work, your out of hours emails to keep us in the loop and fully updated throughout the course of our sale.

At one stage we had a buyer pull out and Debbie managed to get it back on the market and sold very quickly. It turned what could have been a very stressful experience in to a much simpler process. We always felt that Debbie was available when required, covered things we hadn't even considered, and kept everything moving and on track in a way that I don't think I'd have been confident on a chain estate agent doing. It was a very personal touch, and we're very grateful to Debbie for all the work she put in. I'll definitely pass her name on to anyone I know who is looking to sell.
4th May 2025 (12 days ago)Golden Tree Estates have been a pleasure to work with. After managing our own property for years we were introduced to Guiseppe who assisted us with a new rental. He and his team were extremely efficient in finding a suitable tenant as their professionalism is second to none. Within a week of advertising the property, a new tenant was found, all background checks were completed, and all regulatory obligations fulfilled. We would not hesitate to recommend Golden Tree Estates to landlords and tenants alike.
