6th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

22nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Borderline illegal sales tactics. The sales team lie about fake offers put into properties to try and increase your offer. Twice I was advised of higher “offers” that had been received and that I just needed to increase my offer a little bit more. Spoke with my solicitor who confirmed there were no other offers. Spoke with Clyde who advised these were “verbal” offers and the solicitor wouldn’t be aware of them!? Pulled my offer out of principal and lack of trust with the Clyde team. The property I was trying to buy now remains on the market unsold. I doubt the owner is even aware as to why we actually pulled the offer.
28th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Countrywide have provided a great service and managed to sell our rental property within 3 weeks. I liked that they are advertising online but also still provide cards in their window for older generations who don't have smartphones. We were kept updated throughout the process with emails to let us know when viewings were taking place and were given updates as to how they went. I'm really happy we went with them.

27th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)When I arrived to see the flat I was buying, I received a warm welcome by Zoe, the estate agent. I was given ample time to look around in order to take everything in, answering any queries I had of the property. The process to put in my offer until completion of the sale was relatively stress free and I was kept informed, step by step until my move in date and beyond. Wrights made sure I settled in OK too . If I ever move again , I would certainly use this estate agent.
