14th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)The Bearsden team have been impeccable. Their valuation of the property was spot on as was their advice on how to approach its marketing. They took care of everything, from the survey to marketing, viewing and sale, with attention to every detail. They sent email updates on every viewing and telephoned to give me a detailed verbal report about their followup contact with viewers. After the sale was agreed they kept an eye on the empty property to keep me informed about any maintenance issues. Their approach was very professional, friendly and respectful throughout. From my experience I would highly recommend their services for sales experience, diligence to detail and value for money.

22nd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)One of the best decisions I've ever made going for Igloo to sell my house. I had heard they were great, and they certainly did not disappoint. They sold my house in 6 days for more than I expected. Stress and worry weren't even a thing when it came to selling my house. The Agent Abby was unbelievably knowledgeable in the processes and she was just so reassuring on questions I had which kept me at total ease. Also any time i phoned and she was busy everyone else in the branch was so nice and helpful. Oh she also was very good at getting back to me. Love that! Big tick! I would highly recommend Igloo Hamitlon. Great experience! If there was a 6th star they would get it!

17th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I rented my flat with Source Property for almost 5 years- and the service they provide is second to none! When I was first looking to move from Leeds to Clydebank, Kris showed me around a property that did eventually fall through- my issue rather than the agents. However Kris was very quick to suggest others that had come to market and I was able to make a very smooth move! Over the years, if there has been an issue, it has been resolved quickly. Kris and Will have been excellent at communicating inspections whilst being very respectful to my privacy also. All necessary boiler/alarm/electrical etc checks have been carried out with very little disruption. They have also been extremely fair with the policy around me having my pets. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to rent or buy a property and can say with confidence that Source Property have been the best letting agent I have rented with through my 17 years renting!

The viewing schedule was a smooth process and after 6 days we accepted an offer on our property. Stuart’s advice was invaluable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Walker Wylie and in fact I have already done so.

I was really impressed with Gary he called me at 8.30 in the morning after sending a valuation enquiry through the previous evening. Gary had been out conducted the valuation (I signed up there and then) before the other agents bothered to call. The marketing was superb and the proactive approach from Bohome secured a sale in 4 weeks with two offers to chose from. I cannot praise Gary & Sharon enough, if you want a proactive, hard working and above all caring agent then look no further.

Lesley came out to see us the next day after enquiring and explained everything in a very professional manner. Our sold sold within days and I believe this was due to Lesley's dedication for the job. If I was ever selling another home I would 100% choose Lesley , she is amazing.
