I have been very happy dealing with them and would thoroughly recommend Vaughan Reynolds to handle the sale of a property. After a poor experience with an Estate Agency, this was so much less stressful and more pleasant.

Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

We needed a floor plan and accompanying letter to support a family member's visa application. We struggled to find someone to help us with such short notice but Alex went above and beyond to make sure we had all the documentation and floor plan well before our deadline. The viewing and commitment to purchase process with Kamal was excellent. Then as this was a protracted process due to no fault of the agency they did all they could to settle any concerns. Without Penny going above and beyond I am certain we would still be waiting to complete! Happy to highly recommend this office.

James was our main contact and was fantastic! He is knowledgeable, professional and always happy to help. Being new to renting he made the process as stress free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use Belvoir again in the future.
16th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We purchased our house through S&P in 2016 and sold it through them last year. We were very impressed with their professionalism on both occasions. When buying, Simon pressed the sellers to make sure that they took a reasonable position on some items which they proposed to exclude from the sale (at the last minute) and, when we sold, he advised us well on both pricing and prospective purchasers. He also pressed to keep the process moving foreword but without being too pushy. I enjoyed working with him and his colleagues - a very good experience all ways round.
