Raph took care of me through the whole process and was very supportive through some conveyancing complications. Having dealt with a lot of local agents while viewing properties, Murray’s from first contact felt the most professional & attentive. I instantly felt in safe hands and was very happy they had the property I ended up going for ! Which is no surprise as they always represent the most gorgeous properties in the area. Thanks Murray’s , would 100% recommend and will return when it comes to moving on without a doubt.- 26th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

Communication was always timely and clear, with quick responses to any questions we had. Jenny, our main contact, was outstanding — incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the local area, and supportive at every stage of the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble; she opened the property for viewings on multiple occasions to accommodate our needs, which we really appreciated. We felt well guided from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moore Allen & Innocent Lechlade.

23rd Dec 2025 (7 weeks ago)We just moved house and two of the properties in our chain were through Parkers Stroud, including the one we were purchasing. These sales were being managed by Matt Flemming. We had to try to get this chain through to completion before Christmas because our buyers were in temporary accommodation with relatives. This only gave us 9 weeks to get everything completed, which in the current market conditions was almost impossible. Matt was absolutely superhuman in managing the whole chain almost single handed. In the last 2 weeks of the process, Matt called us every day to update us and share progress. He dealt with the sellers, buyers, other estate agents and the solicitors. Unbelievably the process was completed within the 9 week target, mainly due to the unwavering commitment of Matt. I would strongly recommend using Matt Flemming at Parkers Stroud, whether you are buying or selling, he gets the job done.

Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

23rd Jul 2025 (6 mo. ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.
2nd Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away

4th Feb 2026 (7 days ago)Fantastic agents, especially Jake! He went beyond the call of duty to ensure the process from sale to closure was as fast as possible. He worked hard to overcome obstacles (for which there were many) in a calm way. He was amazing with the solicitors ensuring the chain didn't break. When one house fell through (not his fault) he was quick to market it again and find another buyer. Jake kept an eye on the sale even when on holiday. I would only ever use this estate agents. They have kept an eye on the place since it has been empty and honestly they couldn't have been more helpful. I really would recommend them. Quite honestly, they are the full package and their friendly staff are second to none.
