Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. Jo and Karen were both professional, as well as being kind and understanding , I was a very difficult vendor, as I have ADHD, dogs and an autistic teen to work viewings around. They handled everything perfectly, and kept me informed of progress throughout, all in a way I could understand. The ladies here go above and beyond any other agents I have dealt with , so I wholeheartedly recommend Purbecks 100%

27th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)The lady who did the viewing did not show us around the property, barely said anything and acted as if us being there asking questions was an inconvenience. We were so relieved that we were not successful in renting that house so we don't have to have contact with this agency again. Appalling.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
21st Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)Duplicated invoices, shoddy management, accessing premises without due consent, damage to premises (through use of contractors), unable to construct basic emails, agreeing terms and then reneging on them and false accusations made to our landlord. I'm not sure if they still act as property managers or if they have given it up, but if they do and you're a prospective tenant, be very careful.

He has conducted two viewings with us + also went back to take some photos that were required by the surveyor. Very accommodating and a credit to the team.
