From the beginning, they took the time to understand my needs and provided solutions that exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear and consistent, and I was kept informed at every step. They handled challenges efficiently and always followed through on their commitments. The team members were very good.

26th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)Just bought a property through Abbots and dealt with Stan primarily. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase through Abbots. Stan was so kind and patient throughout, was always honest about the process and if i was unsure about something, would always take the time to call and go through this in detail. I also felt that there was fantastic advocacy on my behalf with the seller, and really felt he had all my best interests at the core of the process. As a first time buyer, I never felt unsafe or unsure about anything throughout the entire process. Would 100% use and recommend time again if wanting to purchase/sell a property within the area. 28th Apr 2025 (24 days ago)Jade and Tom Mansbridge took the keys to our property for sale and rental property almost 4 months ago. We terminated the contract as we weren’t getting any response through them. It has been more than 3 months and despite several follow ups over email, text and unanswered calls they have still not returned the keys to us. I have email screenshots and text screenshots to share to prove how horrible their service is. I will never recommend Jackson & Co to anyone after this horrible service. See the screenshot of email I sent in Jan and then again in March.
