From the very beginning, their team was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible. Whether it was answering questions, arranging viewings, or providing guidance, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their communication was clear and prompt, and I always felt like I was in good hands. It's rare to find an agency that combines professionalism with such a friendly and approachable attitude. They truly went above and beyond to support me every step of the way. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring estate agency. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. Special thanks to Jeremy Hodgson-Coakley for guiding me through the vetting process. Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 26th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Just bought a property through Abbots and dealt with Stan primarily. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase through Abbots. Stan was so kind and patient throughout, was always honest about the process and if i was unsure about something, would always take the time to call and go through this in detail. I also felt that there was fantastic advocacy on my behalf with the seller, and really felt he had all my best interests at the core of the process. As a first time buyer, I never felt unsafe or unsure about anything throughout the entire process. Would 100% use and recommend time again if wanting to purchase/sell a property within the area. Could not have asked for a better agent and estate agent to deal with me. Thank you!!- 9th Jun 2025 (3 days ago)The worst letting experience ever - give 21 Bristol Road ip33 a wide berth. The landlady doesn’t respond, pays monthly fees to have the property managed but then wants to send her own contractors. She tells us Countrywide are lying to us. We don’t know who to believe. The relationship between letting managment and landlord is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. We want out of the contract as the experience has been very upsetting. Everytime we complain or try to put the pressure on to get a something fixed we are told they will call the police as we are harassing them. We have been left without hot water and heating without appropriate replacements for long periods of time during freezing temperatures. Our dishwasher hasn’t worked for the whole duration of the tenancy. The fridge was also mouldy and replaced with a tiny fridge unsuitable for a family of 4. We are being treated completely out of line with what is expected of a landlord and letting company. She even signed for and stole an my urgent medication delivery (which was accidently sent to wrong address by GP)when we moved out and refused to return it. Be warned Abbots represent unethical landlords. Expect great service before you sign up but then they don’t want to know once they have your money. AND MAKE SURE YOU HAND BACK EVERY SINGLE KEY OR THEY WILL ILLEGALLY CHARGE YOU RENT ARREARS BY THE DAY as there is no professional check out procedure. They know every trick on the book. It is totally laughable that they have even replied to this review pretending they will help resolve our issues. We paid a £2600 deposit left the property in better condition than we found it, we treated it like our home and yet we are only being refunded £700 of it. The rest is going to have to be disputed. Absolutely exhausting - every step after we signed the contract of this rental has been miserable.

The whole process was efficient pragmatic and personal. Any queries were dealt with immediately and the property was sold within a week of going on the market.. Matthew kept me up to date with vicissitudes of the chain and was always working to ensure a smooth completion . Well worth the money . Thoroughly recommend

27th May 2025 (16 days ago)Review Update ???? ????????????: No response to the calls that I made to them. No communication from Sheena. And that makes me reluctant to deal with them because the agents who cannot respond to the clients are not worth having a business with. I would like to put a review update: I really appreciate that Phil got in touch with me after seeing the review and tried to resolve the situation. He made sure to organise the booking of the property for me and explained the whole situation and the reason for the delay. Though in the end for some reason I wasn't able to view the property but I really appreciate Phil's efforts and would go with them in future if I like any property advertised by Clarke Philips.

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

28th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)Jade and Tom Mansbridge took the keys to our property for sale and rental property almost 4 months ago. We terminated the contract as we weren’t getting any response through them. It has been more than 3 months and despite several follow ups over email, text and unanswered calls they have still not returned the keys to us. I have email screenshots and text screenshots to share to prove how horrible their service is. I will never recommend Jackson & Co to anyone after this horrible service. See the screenshot of email I sent in Jan and then again in March.
