26th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

They never failed to follow up, giving their time to answer questions and communicate whenever needed, all with calm good humour. The perfect estate agent.

From the initial, straight-forward and honest first meeting and valuation, through to completion, it was a pleasure dealing with Russell, David and the team. Cantell are an independent estate agents that know the Richmond market well and provide honest advice. We would happily recommend and use Cantell again if we need to in the future.

26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Sold the house eventually but didn't seem to be very proactive at the start of the process. We wrote our own blurb, we retook some of the photos so they were on a sunny day. It felt as though they were hoping the house would sell itself rather than hyping it up and having an open day with lots of viewings on 1 day. This then meant that the only way to renew interest was to drop the price several times. They however really worked hard for us when our buyer threatened to pull out.
6th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough about Robert and the team at Jackson Stops. Over the course of the 10 months(!) that it has taken for us to both sell and purchase, the team have been knowledgeable, informative, excellent at communicating and so helpful. We have needed a good sense of humour and a lot of determination to get through the process and Jackson Stops have stepped up to the plate every time. Robert has gone above and beyond with this transaction and is always at the end of the phone. Law, Geraldine and Nicholas have been so friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, I have been so impressed with the service and support they’ve offered us throughout this time. Thank you guys!

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

However as time went on despite offers to do anything they could for us and help in anyway they could their responses were lacking. We are putting this down to being so busy they didn't have the capacity to help with finer details and we know that their business is expanding quickly but don’t forget the customers that got you there. These are just comments not complaints - we do wish you well going forward.
