Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

A local, independent Estate agents with great communication throughout the process, as well as a proactive approach, which I very much appreciated as a vendor. They are great at building relationships with buyers too so that really facilitated the process. Would highly recommend.
4th Mar 2024 (21 weeks ago)I lost 4 moths and 7k in fees because of misrepresentation. They fail to ask or choose to hide basic facts prior to listing a property causing a lot avoidable stress when you work with the right agent.This is fraud in the name of business Buyer be aware! Stay away.

They were always so responsive and patient with our numerous emails, queries and questions. They were even willing to give information about specific queries regarding the area and schools which was a particular concern of ours. Overall a fabulous experience with the team at PG Leatherhead. Vari and Maddy have been fantastic and we couldn't be more grateful for everything they have done for us during this process. Thank you so much!

She is friendly, polite with lovely manners while at the same time professional and effective. She replies immediately to emails, and she can solve efficiently any issues presented to her. She is always keen to assist, and she has the ability to solve a wide range of issues related to all kinds of properties. I believe she is an asset in the real estate industry as well as she can be considered as a brand ambassador for the Jackson-stops company.

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)We sold our house! Ok, Jamie and the team at Seymours sold our house for us. Our story is a long one, having gone up for sale at a terrible time for the market when mortgages weren't just getting more expensive, but were being pulled from the market. Thankfully, that's all irrelevant for the purposes of this review. We first met Jamie as he knocked at our front door to see if he could help us - a demonstration of his pro-activity and drive that continued throughout our time with him. Jamie and the team were polite, friendly, helpful and professional throughout. What we really appreciated (that we had not had from a different estate agency) was the communication - clear feedback after any viewing, and regular updates to respond to current market conditions. Of course there are lots of things that you expect an agent to do - photos etc, the difference was the professionalism that Seymours provided. The professional photos were so nice that they made me want to stay in the house I was putting up for sale! Jamie was also very clear that he was working for my best interests. Of course, lots of agents may say all the right and nice things, but it's numbers and evidence that do the real talking. Jamie and his team can stand by those numbers and evidence - securing a quality buyer and achieving full-asking price for us. I would certainly recommend Jamie and his team at Seymours to anybody who needs a good quality, and ultimately - nice to work with - team of estate agents. Tim (West Molesey)
