From the very beginning, the team demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Kathy and Cheryl were particularly outstanding. Their expertise in the local market was invaluable, and they guided me through the process with patience and care. Even when faced with challenges, their professionalism and grit never wavered. They were always available to answer my questions, provide guidance, and offer support. Aimee in particular was a gem and went the extra mile in negotiating for us, spending a lot of time advising and assisting us with suggestions on the way forward. We ended up having a lot of assurance in Aimee’s approach and it was clear she would be persuasive and great in speaking to potential interested buyers as our representative. Alastair was also great and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend Martin Flashman without any hesitation. .

I had a long chain to deal with, he kept the vendor posted through the entire duration. When he was on holidays, I was ably supported by Ben. Highly recommended. I hope other agents can be as close as Ross and team.

20th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)We have just completed the sale of our house through Wills & Smerdon. The process was difficult and protracted which reflected the prevailing market conditions. However throughout the process we received good advice on pricing and market conditions together regular progress reports. The service we received from all the W&S staff in the Horsley office and particularly Chloe was excellent.

22nd Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Recently purchased in Leatherhead via Patrick Gardner. A great experience as a buyer, led by Frank and supported by other colleagues throughout the viewing process. Clear and regular communication throughout, which made the purchase side of things very smooth and stress free for us during a tricky and often difficult chain beneath us. Would certainly use Patrick Gardner again when the time comes, and would highly recommended. A nice touch of a card and flowers upon collecting the keys to our new home. Thanks again to Frank and the team.

11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Liam and his team have been great with my sale. Out of all the estate agents I reviewed he was the most personable and honest. My sale has been difficult with various sales falling through for different reasons but Liam has managed to secure a buyer quickly without applying pressure on me to drop my price each time. I also had to pull out of a chain sale twice, and the first time Rob was amazing at keeping me calm and buying me time to decide what I wanted to do. Great people skills. The sales progression team agent Sarah has been amazing. I’m now at the stage where exchange has happened and it’s a few days from completion and I’m very grateful for their help. I don’t think I could have done this without her and Liam’s support and chasing. Even with our new purchase Liam responded instantly and helped with making sure we could prove our sale had gone through. Something which he didn’t have to do as quickly as he did as it doesn’t benefit him. Thank you again I would use Laurels again!
28th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Never trust in EATON GREEN ESTATE AGENTS specifically in Sherif and the manager. When you sing the contract they never answer my emails. I rented a property with mould and humidity the toilet does not work the kitchen has leeks the all property have a terrible smell and after a beg them to help me find another property they never do it why because I am single mother and they know my situation and vulnerability. They never help me with nothing and after finally find another flat I don't have my deposit back u til today with £860 less. I don't have any faith in this society thank you Sheriff and the MANAGER THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE FLAT NOBODY DESERVE TO LIVE LIKE THAT. IF
8th Oct 2024 (15 days ago)Avoid at All Costs - Unprofessional and Unreliable I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Seymour’s in Walton. After booking a house viewing with their agent, I arrived at the property only to find out that the agent had not even confirmed the appointment. When I called the agency to clarify, they initially tried to claim that I had never contacted them, which was absolutely untrue. Eventually, they admitted that there was already an offer on the house, making my trip completely pointless. This level of disorganization and dishonesty is unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how they conduct the rest of their business. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency. They clearly have no respect for their clients or the industry. Don’t waste your time with them!
