Jess's knowledge, resssurance and guidance has been exceptional, answering all our questions promptly, having attention to all relevant details and keeping communication channels open and timely, throughout the purchase process. Jess has gone well over the usual standard of service to ensure both the seller of the property, and us as the buyers, have had everything we needed at all times. She has routinely gone the extra mile at every opportunity to keep things on track. We're so grateful to Jess, she understands it's more than a house, it's our future home and that's what makes her the best!

14th May 2025 (8 weeks ago)I had a great experience selling my flat with Pilgrims Sales and Lettings, we had 8+ views within 2 weeks of listing and we had sold our flat above the asking price, about 4 weeks after listing. Pilgrims Sales and lettings are simply superb, they answered all our questions really quickly, gave feedback from every viewing and always went above and beyond without hesitation. They are a local family owned business, and the honesty and level of support we got easily surpassed that of any of the larger chains in the area (I have used others in the past) All round a great company to represent you weather selling or letting, would highly recommend.
