10th Oct 2024 (3 days ago)Initially a slow quiet 4 months with seller also viewing potential properties. Although with part time staff only covering 2-3 days a week, l am sure slows progression ! Which needs addressing plus 7 day week used to be the norm?? Even if only a couple hours a day.

22nd Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

When agency won't get holding deposit ring too you 5 times every half hour when you try get any information you must ring 10 times meby who's answer or meby no

This is the second time Alastair Saville Estate Agents have sold a property for us & we would not hesitate to go to them again. They are so professional, hard working, helpful - always ensuring you are aware of what's happening & what the next steps are. We dealt directly with Anne-Marie who is so reliable, knowledgeable, supportive, approachable & nothing is too much trouble. The entire team are fantastic & we cannot thank them enough. They are a credit to the business of Estate Agents. Amazing. Thank you so very much.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

They were always at the end of a phone, they constantly pushed the property, even in the difficult weeks when things were slow, they never gave up. Even after we received and accepted an offer, they were always there to keep things on track and sort out any issues with solicitors etc. Great service and great value for money.
