22nd Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. 12th Mar 2025 (11 days ago)I traveled for three hours by train in one direction to Liverpool to see the flat. To my great disappointment, the flat was totally different from the pictures on Rightmove. The layout of the apartment was completely different, and instead of luxurious finishes, there were leaks under every window. This was one of my worst experiences dealing with an estate agency :(
