28th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Husband rang about a rental property as our landlord is selling, said just apply on Rightmove and she'll book us in for a viewing ASAP. He did so got a email back within half an hour saying all viewings where booked up, and they'll be in touch,this happened with 3 different properties, and it certainly wasn't over affordability as we earn offer their targeted yearly income to rent. These properties have also been on a couple of months even reduced so it doesn't make sense. Feel sorry for the landlords paying them to find renters
25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Jones & Chapman, and I feel compelled to warn other tenants.<br><br>Despite repeatedly reporting ongoing health and safety issues in the property, Jones & Chapman have consistently refused to take meaningful action. Serious problems that pose risks to our wellbeing have been ignored for months, leaving us living in unsafe conditions with no urgency or accountability from the agency.<br><br>Customer service has been equally unacceptable. The staff have been rude and most unprofessionalI have ever dealt with. Their behaviour has been dismissive, confrontational, and at times blatantly dishonest. Instead of helping resolve the issues, they have made the situation significantly worse with poor communication and a complete lack of respect for tenants, by advising the landlord that the house is in great condition. Also trying to contact them and speak to someone is impossible, nobody ever answers and calls you back from a voicemail left. If I could give zero stars I would.<br><br>Jones & Chapman have shown:<br>- No commitment to tenant safety<br>- No willingness to carry out essential repairs<br>- No professionalism in their customer service<br><br>I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. This has been the worst letting experience I have ever come across. If I could give no stars I would.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. I would recommend Clive Watkins and Danica any day.- 6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)From start to finish, the process for renting a flat was seamless. There was great flexibility and accommodation, Lydia and the team where brilliant at communicating with when viewings where and showing us around making the whole experience great.
29th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I was under Northwood for 3 and a half years I am not the type to leave a review but I think to help others if their considering using them, Tennent, landlord whoever I would massively reconsider. They are the most rude and unprofessional estate agent I have ever come across. They take between 5-6 months to sort maintenance issues or sometimes just leave you without it being sorted. They don’t understand safeguarding or they just don’t care, there has been times iv been on the phone to a staff member from Northwood reporting an issues and mid conversation she started talking to someone else in the office, so she clearly wasn’t listing to me, all they say is we will call you back and never do, god knows what they do in that office because they don’t seem to work, they have put my rent up after every inspection without any improvement by them on the house I was in, and this is the worst part. Even the person who owned the property wasn’t happy with they was they worked and had to go through the hassle of getting rid of them and getting a new estate agent on board to manage the house as they wasn’t competent to do so. Northwood caused me alot of stress and I would never ever use them again is rather live in a tent !!!!

Unfortunately, our accepted offer fell through because our buyer lost their own buyer. It felt incredibly daunting to have to put our home back on the market, but Alison and Molly were absolutely amazing.<br><br>They were highly communicative, deeply supportive, and incredibly proactive. Thanks to their hard work, they managed to find us a brand-new buyer! Selling a home is a very stressful experience, but Alison and Molly kept us completely reassured with frequent, transparent updates on our progress. We felt supported every single step of the way. I cannot recommend Find Your Eden—and specifically Alison and Molly—highly enough!
