Very honest and they really support you throughout the process. Big shout out to Anthoney Mumford who was the ultimate professional. Even though they did not end up selling our property due to unusual circumstances they still gave up their time to help us. They are a credit to the profession and if I ever need to sell a property I will be coming to them and I would recommend them if anyone needs an estate agent. Thank you Jack and Justin.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

Friendly staff and very helpful when first looking for a house and putting down an initial offer. Would recommended to anyone in the area!

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. Also to mention a member of staff by the name of Rachel is extremely rude and does not have full training to work with the public.

A family run business with very strong family values and as soon as you are a customer, you really feel part of the family. A very high desire to serve, very responsive and very realistic in their approach across all aspects of selling your house.<br>I am now remote to Liverpool and I had a very high peace of mind with Acumen's handling all of the sales process - made even easier as they handled the sale of the house that belong to the buyer of my house.<br>Excellent service and great value for money!

She was so quick and efficient and professional and helped me every avenue she could to ensure my offer was received. She worked along side the seller and myself, and her communication was amazing. She made the whole process feel so easy, and not intimidating. She is going above and beyond to help me buy my first home, my own little pad and it was lovely to have a girl help me along my journey who gets it. Thank you Laura you have been amazing! If you need any help ask for Laura, I can’t thank her enough.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
