16th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

23rd Jul 2026 (6 days ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

I had several estate agents come round to value the property, and John stood out immediately.<br><br>His friendly, personal approach put me at ease and built real trust. While the others focused on why they are the best, John focused on my house’s best selling points & what my next plans are. He priced it competitively, we had viewings booked throughout the next weekend, and received multiple offers, It was amazing.<br>John & team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
