16th May 2026 (28 days ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

20th May 2026 (24 days ago)Superb professional support for the last 11 years from the team, I fully recommend! Back in 2015 the team helped me buy a property, then for 11 years provided management service to rent the property out for me (and I am based abroad so they have really been my rock), and recently as I decided to sell as my life direction changed a bit, helped me to organise the sale of the property, with tenants in place, in a neat, professional and kind manner. The team has always been on the end of the phone, emails, and supported me sincerely through all the various laws, changes, and requirements, especially given I started out knowing nothing in 2015 about being a landlord! They have always been kind and caring with tenants too...so as one collective team we kept it a proper home for those years, a nice feeling. End of an era for me, but thanks to the Jones and Chapman team (and wider Sequence teams), been a great life time memory - and I wish all the team well and extend my thanks to all!

22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)We used Select Homes to help us rent out our house and honestly couldn’t fault them. Really personal service from the start, with quick responses to any questions and genuinely helpful advice throughout the whole process. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how efficient everything was behind the scenes with all the admin and governance side of things. They made something that could have felt quite stressful feel really straightforward and well organised. Everyone we dealt with was approachable, supportive and easy to get hold of, and you definitely get the feeling they care about doing things properly rather than treating you like just another customer. Would definitely recommend

6th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Recently just sold and completed on my sale yesterday with Whitegates. I found the whole process a smooth from start to finish. We were first time buyers when we purchased so we had never been through the whole selling aspect. I was very impressed by the photography (even though I was a pain on the day sorry James!) I used Whitegates recommended solicitor called Simply conveyancing and also found them brilliant. They were initially a little more expensive than others but the whole concept of their app completely changed our process. We used a local solicitor 2 years ago on our purchase and all I can say is it’s definitely worth the extra. Massive thankyou to Christian, James & the team!
5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Leaders Estate Agency during the sale of my property. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. As I live quite far from the property and it was tenanted, I was concerned about managing everything remotely. However, Mr Michael Foreman made it completely stress-free. He coordinated everything seamlessly, including arranging contractors to redecorate the property, which saved me a great deal of time and effort. The sale went through smoothly, and communication was always clear and prompt. I felt supported throughout the entire process and confident that everything was being managed to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Leaders Estate Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
29th May 2026 (15 days ago)The service from Acumen has been all we could ask for from start to finish. We had a few agents out to value (all were very similar) but we chose Acumen as we felt John’s knowledge and experience was invaluable. Within hours we had number of viewings booked in for the following weekend. We received several offers. Acumen checked all of these and advised on what they thought was the most secure. Throughout the sale, we have been kept up to date with progress and the whole process has felt seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Acumen or to use them again in future. Thank you all!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
