8th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Jack & Justin from Reeds Reigns were both incredibly kind, helpful and professional during a difficult time for me and my family. Even though they did not end up selling our property due to unusual circumstances they still gave up their time to help us. They are a credit to the profession and if I ever need to sell a property I will be coming to them and I would recommend them if anyone needs an estate agent. Thank you Jack and Justin.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very appreciative of all the help and support from the Venmores team, particularly from Oliver and Vicky. Throughout everyone has always been super responsive and helpful in whats been a big move for me and our family. Thanks

14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We’ve only been living here since the start of September after paying since july and we’ve had an unbelievable amount of issues.
on arrival the flat was not cleaned at all, there was cake left from previous tenants above the cabinets, grime everywhere that we had to clean up. address properties told us they tried a new cleaning company and that’s all that was said.
there was also a hole in both beds one being replaced the next day the other taking 2-3 weeks. a maintenance worker came and said told us they were aware of it from last year and joked about the next tenants moving in when they first saw it.
the washing machine has been mouldy, leaking and not every setting works since moving in and we’ve continuously been told that they are going to fix it. which is a shame as that was one of the things that made us want this accommodation.
the extractor fan does not work and the same thing was said to us.
many other issues such as holes in the floor, missing paint from the walls, broken fittings, broken window, wifi not reaching half the flat at all, were all reported and barely any has been fixed.
we have continuously called asking for updates over the past month and a half and the same thing is said to us.
it’s only been two months and i would not recommend this place.

23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a great experience buying my home through Entwistle Walton. Jack and Mya were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed and making everything as smooth as possible. Jacks support and communication was much appreciated, and I’m really happy with the service I received. 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Brooks Estate and Letting Agents, Prescot. They gave me a realistic valuation, marketed it quickly with great photographs. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. They were professional, honest and fantastic from start to finish. They secured a buyer for me quickly, achieving £20,000 over the asking price! I could not have asked for a better team!"
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)10/10 service from Hewitt Adams. The team are always proactive and supportive, exactly what you need to take the stresses away from moving! Thank you Ben, Liz, Alice and the team for exceptional customer care again!
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)All I can say is Laura is phenomenal. I rang after problems with my own email. She was so quick and efficient and professional and helped me every avenue she could to ensure my offer was received. She worked along side the seller and myself, and her communication was amazing. She made the whole process feel so easy, and not intimidating. She is going above and beyond to help me buy my first home, my own little pad and it was lovely to have a girl help me along my journey who gets it. Thank you Laura you have been amazing! If you need any help ask for Laura, I can’t thank her enough.

28th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)I recently sold my flat through Kuavo and was really pleased with their service. As I was out of town during the sale, they went out of their way to help by arranging cleaning and resetting the electric meter. They gave honest advice about not spending money on unnecessary improvements and always responded to my emails promptly.

A reliable, helpful and professional team who made the whole process much easier. I would happily recommend them.

16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)The most helpful people we came across while we were looking for a house. Very friendly as well both on the phone and in person.
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I had to wait 3 hours for them to hand over the keys because they said they were doing the inventory and cleaning. When I finally got to the flat, it was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re absolutely disgusting. I moved in on Monday, 12th October, and the house was dirty then and it’s STILL dirty to this day. They literally do nothing about it. The kitchen is absolutely filthy. My sister and I had to clean up our bedrooms just so we could sleep comfortably. Like, how disgusting is that?! I don’t even use the bathroom because it’s so dirty. We had to clean one of them ourselves just so we could shower and stuff. I can’t even cook because the kitchen is so disgusting, so I’ve been eating out EVERY SINGLE DAY since 12th October!!! I regret moving here so much

28th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Highly recommend Tom in the sale of my property. Whether its mid-week, evening or weekend for viewings, Tom managed them all and kept me fully informed after each viewing.
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
18th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We have just sold our house through Find your Eden who I cannot recommend highly enough. I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.

The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.

After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.

The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.

As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
