The terms of contract were straight forward to sign. I then corresponded with Phil and again the service was excellent. I can always contact someone at Marshall to speak with. I will sell other properties via this company.

The team have helped me above and beyond, in bringing my property up to a trading rental standard and secured the "Right" tenants within 2 weeks of our first conversation! 2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Rent price increased by 25 a month, when asked about the reasons for the increase only given lies, when challenged on this it was completely dismissed and not even replied to. Dealing with damp and mould a year and a quarter on. Friendly staff in the office when you call.

They are extremely responsive and accomodating, helping us iron out any potential issues with the property/vendor quickly and efficiently. Most of all, they are very genuine people and give the business a personal touch that you will not find with other agents. All of the above helped our purchase go through simply and in record time. 13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking. I’ve had several viewings with this company, some were fine and had no issues. But twice I had been told no offer could be placed until viewed, and then the same day as the viewing told offers were closed when I called to put in an offer. I have driven from Manchester to lpool for every one, and taken days off work. Waste of time. Other times no one responds to voice mails and messages left after numerous times trying to contact the company. It’s not worth it for the chance that their miscommunication and poor sales management is still the same.

Would highly recommend both Ben and the rest of the Reeds Rains team.

In particular I have regularly been speaking to Brooke who is always happy to help, has made me feel comfortable whenever I called with queries and has supported me throughout. Brooke has made my experience with Doran Kennedy pleasant despite there being a few hiccups with previous buyers along the way. Thank you Brooke for everything.

30th Jun 2024 (27 days ago)This is the worst housing company I have ever been with my flat is above samdivens flat there expecting me to pay rent to a flat that's damp mouldy and can't be lived in yet am agreement with the landlord to keep the rent as I've already taken him to court the staff in this company are rude and pig headed warning make sure you don't move into a property in the summer because by winter you'll have to move out as that's when things start to appear there worth ethic is atrocious the mannerism is atrocious and there builders are rude as and haven't a clue what there doing my 4 Yr old grandson could do better repairs I was a good tenant till I'd already took the landlord to court and now I'm a bad one apparently they've made all kinds of illegal threats ????????????
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
