12th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Always helpful and readily available. Renting through SK was great, always simple and quick to respond. But the best service was their mortgage brokerage (via Countrywide). Both Caroline and Jan were always providing updates and particularly in the final stages pushing the solicitors on our behalf. As first time buyers there was lot we didn't know so it was very reassuring to have someone knowledgeable in your corner. Glad we took the lifetime coverage.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. I had several estate agents come round to value the property, and John stood out immediately.<br><br>His friendly, personal approach put me at ease and built real trust. While the others focused on why they are the best, John focused on my house’s best selling points & what my next plans are. He priced it competitively, we had viewings booked throughout the next weekend, and received multiple offers, It was amazing.<br>John & team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend

Jon offered lots of guidance that I didn’t get from other prospective estate agents.<br>Then to the team, only one viewer and thanks to Olivia who showed them round an offer was made a couple of days later and within a few weeks.<br>The support I received throughout the sale, namely Danielle, Katie and Alicia was nothing short of superb!! 10th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Fly-tippers! These manage a property next door to me. Their residents have always been friendly and good neighbours, but after they moved out this company has sent two workmen around to refurbish the house.<br><br>They have dumped a large BBQ that was in the garden in the street, clearly because they couldn’t be arsed to dispose of it properly. I’ve notified the letting agents and they haven’t removed it after 4 days, so it has been reported to the council.<br><br>Some of us have to live here and we don’t want our streets full of crap from slum landlords like this. Have some respect for the people who live in the areas that you’ve got properties in.

He really listened to my preferences and didn’t stop until we found the perfect apartment! Giving me regular updates on my application and being super honest and transparent about the whole process! Would 100% recommend you have him as an agent! ????????????
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

There were a lot of hiccups on our end whilst sorting the house and Shaun stuck by us and communicated brilliantly with us throughout and stuck his neck on the line to ensure we got our property. Everything was handled extremely professionally throughout.
