24th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Highly recommend Allerton road jones & Chapman . The whole team went above and beyond helping with the sale of my dad’s house . 14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We’ve had another excellent experience with the Allerton Rd branch of Sutton Kersh in selling our property.
From the outset, whilst searching for a property, the staff have always been brilliant in helping us as new homes come onto market right the way through to the sales progression team helping us get over the line.
Only great things to say about this estate agents. 30th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)No Communication no feedback
30th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Harriet showed fantastic attention to detail, and was extremely professional and efficient, with great communication throughout the letting process. Highly recommended!
15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)We bought a house via Sellect Homes. We were selling at the same time and lost our buyer 3 months into the process with no warning. Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.- 22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Jude has been outstanding helping me with my new home very highly recommend great at his job thanks agen
- 23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Had a very lovely experience viewing flats with Millie. She was very friendly, nice and helpful with all our questions. Would give more stars if I could!
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Attentive, professional.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)maintenance from property management is poor

customer service is poor

communication is poor

they will blame the landlord, but these repairs have already been authorised
10th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Negligence with an attitude, If i could make their rating lower then 1 I would. I believe all the 4.5 reviews here are fake. Stay clear of this agency at all cost. Also to mention a member of staff by the name of Rachel is extremely rude and does not have full training to work with the public.
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)????? Fantastic service from start to finish!
We honestly couldn’t recommend Atlas Estate Agents highly enough. Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!
From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. They sold our property within just 6 weeks, and we completed in only 8 weeks, which was brilliant!
The communication between all parties was excellent.
Thank you Atlas, we are incredibly grateful to the team at Atlas for all their hard work.
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)I had an amazing working experience with Rebacca Scott, As the director of a cleaning company, communication was highly professional and prompt. I highly recommend Cherry Picked Properties
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)All I can say is Laura is phenomenal. I rang after problems with my own email. She was so quick and efficient and professional and helped me every avenue she could to ensure my offer was received. She worked along side the seller and myself, and her communication was amazing. She made the whole process feel so easy, and not intimidating. She is going above and beyond to help me buy my first home, my own little pad and it was lovely to have a girl help me along my journey who gets it. Thank you Laura you have been amazing! If you need any help ask for Laura, I can’t thank her enough.

16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)The most helpful people we came across while we were looking for a house. Very friendly as well both on the phone and in person.
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I had to wait 3 hours for them to hand over the keys because they said they were doing the inventory and cleaning. When I finally got to the flat, it was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re absolutely disgusting. I moved in on Monday, 12th October, and the house was dirty then and it’s STILL dirty to this day. They literally do nothing about it. The kitchen is absolutely filthy. My sister and I had to clean up our bedrooms just so we could sleep comfortably. Like, how disgusting is that?! I don’t even use the bathroom because it’s so dirty. We had to clean one of them ourselves just so we could shower and stuff. I can’t even cook because the kitchen is so disgusting, so I’ve been eating out EVERY SINGLE DAY since 12th October!!! I regret moving here so much
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
18th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We have just sold our house through Find your Eden who I cannot recommend highly enough. I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.

The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.

After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.

The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.

As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Shaun fixed the headboard on my bed, put up mirrors and sorted out a faulty shower all within a short time of being notified about it. Great service!
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Hello my experience was not the best unfortunately. I got told there would be a lot of investors interested in my home but nothing came from this not even one person came through my door in 4 weeks and photos and description was awful
