She also made herself available at times when we needed to visit the house for measuring up for carpets, curtains etc. She was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you Natalie

27th Mar 2024 (24 weeks ago)Unprofessional. Cobb Amos were commissioned to assess and value our property. 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, we had a message that they had cancelled, due to sickness. A second appointment was also missed. We later learned that they had done the valuation in their own office and told the company who commissioned them that they would visit the property to confirm their assessment. No way.

Gave clear communication about T&C's, brochure, viewings, fees, valuation etc. Additional queries during the sale process were promptly and efficiently responded to.- 16th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)I have moved home numerous times but McCartneys Llandrindod Wells branch provided the best possible service when selling my property. Following a professional valuation Sharon managed the viewings, provided excellent communication and dealt with all of the queries quickly and efficiently resulting in a speedy sale. Sharon and the team at Llandrindod Wells were excellent and are very highly recommended.

There was no pressure applied, but good advice given in relation to marketing. They achieved a sale price in excess of the guide and were completely reliable and trustworthy throughout.

9th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)The estate agent was helpful and knowledgeable. The photographs were very good. I was kept informed throughout. The property took a while to sell but that was due to location and the local housing market.

As I was advocating I remained calm and polite trying to explain the situation but was spoken over and spoken to like i was a child misbehaving. Joni was rude extremly unprofessional and extremly condescending. I would give zero stars but that not an option. After reading the reviews I can understand why so many are negative. When it comes to finding an estate agent I would recommend anywhere but here.

26th Dec 2023 (8 mo. ago)Id give a lower score if I could! Stay well clear! Made an offer on a property for the full asking price after viewing. Was told there were no offers on the table at the time. The agent didn’t even acknowledge the email for 3 days until after id been chasing. Then was told 2 other offers had been made after my offer! As such, increased my offer which again wasn’t acknowledged. 3 weeks later to then be told my offer was not accepted and that the seller has gone with a local person who had more of a deposit than me? Couldn’t get any more local as I currently live within 200 metres of the house in question. Also, a higher deposit than me did not matter as they still needed a mortgage…. More excuses made by Paul saying he didn’t want to start a bidding war! A friend later rang Paul and offered £75k over the asking price and was told no more offers could be made as 3 offers were already on the table. Surely whoever offers the most gets the house??? This just proved it wasn’t a fair contest. Wouldn’t tell me how much the house went for in the end or who’d bought it. Works also started on the house a day after I was told my offer hadn’t been accepted! This was surely an inside job as you cannot buy a house and get all the legalities sorted within a day! Or maybe their offer was accepted 3 weeks before they’d told me I wasn’t accepted you may ask? Don’t sell your house through this joker! There was obviously an insensitive to choose which offer was accepted rather than who offered the most!!! The man’s guilt is written over his face as he likes to hide from myself and family members on the street! If you weren’t guilty, why would you try and hide? Stay clear folks!
