19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.
29th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

They have the time and patience for their customers and they are realistic with property values, which can be rare in Flintshire these days. We even got a little package to congratulate us on our mew house.

I have received prompt and helpful replies regarding booking viewings and reminders about applying for properties. When many other agents don’t even reply, this has been incredibly refreshing and helpful!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 28th May 2026 (16 days ago)Just no! There customer service is beyond awful. There specialists are not worth there money. As proof I had two copies of 1 item, one valued at halls one valued by another firm. The halls valuation was less than 100 pounds. Yet the other was valued and sold for 800 pounds. Both items where I. Identical condition. I would not trust this company again. I should point out both items where sold in the Shrewsbury area. So the difference cannot be put down to regional differences. Be very wary if planning to or currently using this firm.

I mostly dealt with Charlotte Bennett who was so personable and professional, both with me and prospective buyers, resolving issues with my sale and also John Curran who acted on my behalf with price negotiation for my purchase, obtaining a great result for me moving forward. The frequent communication was first rate from all the team, always keeping me abreast of the smallest detail. I can thoroughly recommend this family run business who have their clients interests firmly at the top of the list!

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

23rd May 2026 (21 days ago)Having viewed properties through other agents and finding them to be quite pushy, it was great to meet Sam and have him guide us through purchasing a property. From the start Sam was attentive and helpful at no point did I feel he was pushing the sale. He encouraged us to have a second viewing before making an offer so that we were sure of the purchase and checking in with use throughout the process. Happy with the experience.
