19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.
29th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I highly recommend Cavendish Estate Agents. The whole process of selling my parents house went smoothly with great communications throughout. Emily kept us up to date with all the ongoing proceedings and the process from initial valuation to marketing and completion went without a hitch. Well deserved 5 stars.

5th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We were buying a property that Wingetts were the agents for the sellers, their advice and service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble , all the staff were polite and knowledgeable, but a special praise must go to Shaun, every query we had , he was always there with an answer . A great team, would strongly recommend them

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Reid and Roberts Wrexham were great from the word go, first to respond when the enquiry went out, loved the local knowledge and honesty - I needed to hear the good and bad to get the house ready for sale, highly professional, great communication and there to answer all my questions as this is the first sale I’ve made. Highly recommend them!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
