19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.
29th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

She kept us informed at all times and liaised with the buyers to ensure the sale of our home progressed smoothly and as swiftly as possible. Any queries we had were dealt with immediately. We would definitely recommend Cavendish to buy or sell your property.

6th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Avoid at all costs Horrific experience with this letting agent. They would never reply to any emails about work needing to be done. However if they needed something they would expect me to reply straight away. For months I asked if something could be done over the flooring as it was so poorly fitted and a huge trip hazard, we had a child in the house. They refused to fix the floor but tried to take my deposit to replace it once I left. The DPS obviously didn't agree to this as the flooring was in such poor condition on commencement of the tenancy. I feel sorry to whoever has moved into the property as it was in desperate need of decorating. I think the landlord had tried to do odd jobs themself but clearly wasn't very skilled. The car park was also underwater due to the biggest pothole I have ever seen. We only lived in the property for a year because we couldn't cope with the lack of communication. Our current letting agent and all previous have been amazing so we weren't expecting such a poor experience.

5th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!
15th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)As a first time buyer I was hoping my experience would be a little bit better. Due to my job role I can’t always answer the phone, explained this when putting an enquiry in. I received 4 phone calls asking me to call back and one left a voicemail stating “just calling people pigs all day” the photo is attached for proof of this. I sent a form through to explain I had tried to contact them and would like to be contacted via email to book a viewing again due to my job role and not being able to have my personal phone all the time. I was then met with a phone call, a voicemail and and email.<br><br>Gave my available hours in the email, totally ignored and I was being booked in for days I was not available. Later on I was told the property viewings are full and given a date for the next slot, an hour later I had an email to say I was booked in for a viewing, no checking to see if I was still available at that time just booked in.<br><br>I then emailed the agent dealing with this all to ask why I was told it was full to find out I had been booked in, response was we must of had a cancellation. After speaking with my partner we decided to cancel the viewing as the level of unprofessionalism and how stressful it was just to book in to view a property was disgraceful.<br><br>Emailed asking to cancel, I was then greeted with multiple calls asking us to reconsider. The branch manager has also reached out and is conducting and “investigation” but I can’t assume this will go far.<br><br>I rented with Wingetts years ago and had a positive experience but this is by far the worst thing I have had to deal with.

The property was sold within two weeks, communication has been excellent, the staff from Reid & Robert’s have gone above and beyond to be of assistance as we have been unable to get to their office. Their fee is very competitive. We can’t fault them, the whole process is stress free and moving along smoothly.
16th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We had an accurate valuation from Sion and then quick and helpful communication from Jo throughout our sale of our house. They coordinated extra commination between us and our buyers so that was very easy for us. Would definitely recommend these estate agents.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

28th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Just no! There customer service is beyond awful. There specialists are not worth there money. As proof I had two copies of 1 item, one valued at halls one valued by another firm. The halls valuation was less than 100 pounds. Yet the other was valued and sold for 800 pounds. Both items where I. Identical condition. I would not trust this company again. I should point out both items where sold in the Shrewsbury area. So the difference cannot be put down to regional differences. Be very wary if planning to or currently using this firm.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
