12th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

28th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Alex our valuer was great. Knowledgable, friendly, approachable. Poor rest of the service, not calling back when said would, misinforming us, confusing us with other clients, late response to emails and calls, not informing our buyer of changes immediately

It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done!
