She took us through the process step by step and was so considerate when we didn't quite understand. Every interaction with this lovely lady has been positive. The world of renting is a difficult one with lots of problems, Karina truly works hard to help and makes a difference. Always been very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Any issues I came across they ensured it was dealt with and sorted ASAP.
