I was disgusted by the way treated by Reed today. Firstly l sent them an email to arrange a viewing 4 days ago and did not get a response, when l called the day after the office to chase up the email I could tell they had not bothered to read my email as l was asked to go through the form l had already filled in the email.
I booked appointment for a viewing today for 10am, the agent called at 9.57 to inform that she could not attend the appointment because she could not get into the residents car park and she did not want to pay for parking and she didn't want to get fined. She then tries to book another appointment and my response of course no and her response was "okey dokey" that was so rude and unprofessional.
I drove all the way down to that apartment and payed parking ticket to be there
I would not recommend this agency to anyone

I've recently signed a 12 month contract for a one-bedroom flat in Leeds with Parklane. I can't say I've had a better experience with a property agent in my whole life. Their staff have made the process extremely smooth - booking viewings, paying a deposit or rent, signing any contracts, etc. The staff are always willing to help out when I've had any inquiries such as my most recent one regarding installing fibre optic broadband in my flat. Out of all the property agents I've spoken to in Leeds, Parklane has definitely been the best.
Had a terrible experience renting a student property from Parklane Properties in Headingley, Leeds. They have a £75 admin fee - per person when you sign up, which is extortionate and they did not tell us about before signing, and I never received my deposit back. They took a very long time to respond to problems with the house, some of which were never fixed, and did not contact us before viewings.
I recently purchased a property through Moores and found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I primarily dealt with Louise from the Sales team and I'm particularly grateful for the way that she was able to coordinate complex negotiations with great sensitivity and diplomacy.
We have rented a property from moores for 4 years, lovely house, rubbish management.
We had damp on the walls, reported it, nothing happened, reported again, nothing happened. 6 months later the landlady came round and questioned the damp as she had given moores permission to treat it when we first complained 6 months previously but Moores did not act on this.
They do not communicate with each other and you are constantly passed from person to person. When Moores staff were in the property alone some of personal belongings were broken and expensive curtains were painted on, when we complained they said it wasn't their responsibility as it was a handy man they hired, so we banned them from being in the house alone, which they did not respect.
While living in the house it was put up for sale, we were not informed of this just came home to a for sale sign- again showing no respect for us- and when viewings were booked no one from moores came to show people round, leaving it to me which I felt inappropriate.
Overall I would not recommend moores to anyone and the only reason I have given 1 star is because the house itself was nice. They are not reliable, they are disrespectful and most staff are flat out rude.

Absolutely lovely staff members, very helpful! I spoke to Sophie and Oneeka, and any trouble they dealt with with a smile. It was nice to have such lovely people in the office being new to the city and they made me feel very comfortable in their office. Highly recommended company, very thorough.
Absolutely dishonest and scummy company. I advise you to read some of the other negative reviews. And don't believe all the positive reviews, I've never seen such strangely worded positive reviews before (really study all the positive reviews yourself and you'll see what I mean).
When we moved out they lied to us about there being no problems with the state we were leaving it in, but then they charged us a crazy amount for professional cleaning. Then when you complain they keep pawning you off to one another and each of them say different stuff. At times its hard to say whether their staff are plain rude over the phone, or just genuinely that incompetent. The agents we dealt with are all relatively young, so probably their agents just are a bit stupid.
They let people into our apartment to show them around without telling us.
They try and steal money from you whenever they can, so really read through all your contracts that you sign with them and get everything in writing. If it's agreed in person by one person, don't accept that. Get it in writing.
The warning signs were there when we first wanted to rent and were viewing with them. The different people working there literally said completely conflicting information from one another on the phone, they lied to our faces about things when we viewed and then changed it later, and they promised to send us something or look something up for us and get back to us, and then never did.
We decided to rent with them because they have nice apartments that aren't available with other agents. But don't let that cloud your judgement. In hindsight we should have gone with a much better estate agent. It's not worth it.
The team at Dwell have managed my portfolio of properties for the last three years . What I like about the service I receive from Dwell is their honesty ,integrity and a very professional approach . If your looking for a fresh approach to managing your property, then I suggest you take a close look at the Dwell team .
Want to come in your house and video tape everything every few months. Invasive to say the least. Then they make stuff up about you and file it in reports to the landlord.

They are now evicting me because I've finally put my foot down and said no more inspections. There's only 2 months of the tenancy left but these guys are so petty they feel the need to file for eviction even though I've already told them I'm leaving when the term is up.
I knew something was sketchy when I found their "office" is actually a dodgy little back room in an office complex. These guys rent property? Yet they can't afford their own? ????????
Shambles of an agency. Avoid at all costs.
