5th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.
31st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Very disappointed with the service from this estate agent. It's been three weeks since I moved out, and I still haven't received an exit email or any update about my deposit.<br>During my 18-month tenancy, I reported multiple issues with the property at least five times, but they were never resolved. My concerns were consistently ignored, and communication has been extremely poor throughout.<br>I would not recommend this estate agent based on my experience.

24th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Had an absolutely awful time attempting to get a flat with these agents. We had to constantly call and ask them to actually do the job they said they were going to. Only to then find out they'd given another applicant the property without even telling us because they had "better references". The issue being they never completed our references or actually looked at our documents?? No reason given by the agents of why they never completed our references, they honestly sounded like they couldn't be bothered. Wasted a week of our time when we need to be moving soon, will never be looking at a property through this estate agents ever again.
4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

30th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We sold our flat within 2 days via Furnell , Ben was great in setting up the sale , solid advertising and a very competitive price for there services.<br>The star of the show in there team was Emma who coordinated the sale with our buyer , we received regular updates and Emma was really good at chasing up both solicitors, Emma your a star and this service really makes the Furnell agency stand out ahead of the crowed in the area .<br>It’s excellent customer service , and having moved and sold several times it’s the easiest we have ever had .<br>Ps the local Agent we bought from never contacted us through out the process and was very uncaring.<br>A Big thanks to Furnells . Well done guys .

14th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had a postive experience staying at 200, Burley Road. The property is really nice, well maintained and newly refurbished. I always reached out to Lucy in case of any issues (which was very rare) and she resolved it within 2-3 working days.
26th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Hello everyone,<br><br>I want to share my experience with this company—if you can even call it an agency.<br><br>At first, they kept calling me. I ignored them several times, but eventually they convinced me to sign a one-year contract as a landlord so they could manage my property and find tenants. Since it was my first time renting out a property, there were a lot of things I didn’t know, and unfortunately I overlooked some important details in the contract.<br><br>They found tenants, but they rented the house out by individual rooms, which is not very convenient. Later, the person who had passed the referencing checks moved out and left someone else living there instead. As far as I understand, this is a breach of the tenancy agreement.<br><br>The tenants often pay late, but even when they do pay and send me proof of payment, the agency still delays transferring the rent to me. They ignore my calls and don’t respond to my messages.<br><br>I even went to their office, where I was told that someone would call me back within five minutes. They did call and promised to sort everything out immediately, but another week has passed and I still haven’t been paid. Now they’re telling me they will send me an email explaining what they are going to do, while they continue holding my money.<br><br>This has been happening every single month. I still have five months left on my contract with them, and I honestly don’t know how this will end. I have a feeling they’re going to cost me even more money.<br><br>At least it has been a valuable lesson, and my advice is simple: avoid this agency and choose a professional one that keeps its promises and does its job properly.<br><br>Hart Estate has been completely unprofessional in my experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away from them.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am updating my previous review because the situation has become even worse.<br><br>I still have not received the money I am owed. For June, I only received half of the payment, and for July I have received nothing at all. Nobody seems willing to take responsibility. Every time I contact the agency, I am ignored or one person blames another. I have been told that my case has been passed to the director, but nothing has changed.<br><br>This is not the first time this has happened. Around three months ago, my payment was also delayed for about a month. The director only contacted me after I said I was considering legal action. I was given an apology and promised that I would receive the money soon, but it is disappointing that it takes that much pressure before anyone responds.<br><br>I have sent multiple emails and have received no reply. I feel completely ignored.<br><br>I even offered to let the agency keep their 6% management fee for the remaining six months of our contract if they would simply end our agreement, but they refused.<br><br>At this point, I am considering asking my tenants to pay me directly instead of paying through the agency until this matter is resolved. My tenants have also expressed that they are unhappy with the service they have received.<br><br>I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, but based on my experience I cannot recommend this agency.

26th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Aidan clearly knows his stuff from an estate agent perspective but his engagement and support throughout our sales process was amazing. Ours was a probate sale and he demonstrated empathy and respect for initial valuation process and beyond. Whilst his valuation was not the highest and his fees more than other agents the small incremental cost was worth it. The offer we accepted was equivalent to other valuations in the end but a much less stressful process. He provided sound advice and we knew that the house was in a safe pair of hands whilst we were managing the process remotely. Having a single point of contact was really beneficial as well. His sales plan produced high levels or interest and a good range of offers in a short time frame. He remained supportive throughout the sales process enabling a swift completion. I would not hesitate to recommend him

17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Lauren could not have given more to help the sale go through, never was a message or email left unanswered, and always with a prompt response. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes. We are going to miss Lauren not being around, but hopefully remain in contact. Thanks again Lauren.
