15th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I've had a brilliant experience selling my house with Alan Cooke, it took 11 weeks from start to finish.<br><br>Elissia, Jonnny and Abi along with the rest of the team couldn't have been more efficient or professional, they always have time for questions and updates and are consistently friendly and polite.<br><br>It took approximately 11 weeks from start to finish for completion on my Leeds property. I have recently sold a couple of other properties and my experience had been very negative so it was a breath of fresh air dealing with the Alan Cooke team.<br><br>I can't recommend Alan Cooke enough, they are top notch.

From the initial viewing right up to completion, the team was very supportive and communicative. Whenever we had a query it was answered straight away, making engagement with the seller seamless and straightforward. We could not have hoped for a better experience and truly cannot recommended Cornerstone enough. Thank you so much for an excellent service.

21st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Honestly avoid this branch. We moved into our place a month ago with venerable and the management has been shocking. Even you log an urgent issue you just get completely ignored .The contractor they given endless excuses about being away or having accidents and don’t show up on the time he promise . They literally do not care about you at all once you sign the contract and move in. Zero communication and terrible customer service.

Very efficient and professional service from Jeremy and especially Nicola who both were really on top of things and kept in regular contact with us. We were delighted with the sale price.
16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I had a really positive experience dealing with Haus Headingley/Leeds, particularly Jess. She was helpful, understanding and professional throughout the whole process, and communication was always straightforward. Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the property due to my own circumstances, that had nothing to do with the service I received. Jess was very accommodating and made the process much easier for me. I would definitely be happy to contact Haus again in the future when looking for a property. Thank you again, Jess, for all your help.

2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

He showed me around the property, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions.<br>Robert was really helpful and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated how approachable he was and how he took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. I’d definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a friendly and professional estate agent.
1st Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

14th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a postive experience staying at 200, Burley Road. The property is really nice, well maintained and newly refurbished. I always reached out to Lucy in case of any issues (which was very rare) and she resolved it within 2-3 working days.

She handled everything, even down to perfecting photos to showcase the properties at their best. Her advice and guidance throughout were invaluable. 14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)After over 6 months listing with other agencies and very little to show for it we switched to Haart and could not have been happier with our choice. Joe and Stewart have been fabulous and took our sale through to completion very quickly. Communication was flawless, we were kept regularly up to date and they gave great advice and support as the offer came in and sale progressed. I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely use Haart again in the future.
23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Our experience with Linley & Simpson has been genuinely horrendous. We were left living with severe damp and mould for weeks, alongside a flea infestation despite having no pets. I have severe asthma and became so unwell in the property that I had to be blue-lighted to resus several times fighting for my life. Yet despite repeatedly contacting Linley & Simpson, we were ignored, belittled and left chasing for updates. I’m actually putting my medical records on here as proof, that’s how serious this has got.<br><br>Repairs took an unacceptable amount of time, leaving us without a usable kitchen and forcing us to pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. At no point did we feel that the seriousness of the situation was being taken remotely seriously.<br>We are young tenants, not nuisances. Having a safe, habitable home should be the absolute bare minimum. The lack of communication, urgency and basic consideration throughout this situation has been appalling. I would seriously think twice before renting through Linley & Simpson.
