2nd Jun 2026 (9 days ago)“As a ‘snail without a shell’ (meaning someone who does not own their own property), whenever my tenancy agreement comes to an end and I have to face rent increases from landlords or an unsatisfactory living environment, I need to look for another place to live. What I hope for most is to find a suitable new home as soon as possible, and a professional, reliable, and efficient estate agency is truly indispensable. I am a UK visa holder, and my visa expired at the beginning of May. Although I had already submitted my application for permanent residency in early April, I had still not received the approval result while searching for a new home. As a result, many landlords were unwilling to rent their properties to someone in my situation, and most estate agents tended to avoid difficult cases and were not very willing to help me. However, I was extremely fortunate to meet Mr. Sharma from Ritz Properties. During the last weekend of April, he arranged for me to view a rental property. After understanding my immigration status and permanent residency application situation, he remained very positive and proactive. He immediately arranged for a referencing company to carry out the preliminary rental procedures for me. Whenever I encountered any problems during the process, he responded very quickly to my emails and WhatsApp messages. With his assistance, I successfully signed the tenancy agreement and received the property keys in mid-May. Before moving in, there were several minor issues with the property’s facilities and appliances that required immediate attention. Every time I contacted Mr. Sharma, he handled each problem with a positive and professional attitude. Having lived in the UK for five years, Ritz Properties is the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for rental properties.”

25th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. It has made a real difference.
1st Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

He quickly created an excellent teaser video to provide to potential buyers in his existing network which showed off the house very well. Our sale did not proceed but I would not hesitate to recommend him based on our experience.
