They managed repair and maintenance issues swiftly and professionally while we were out of the country, and consistently kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. They also successfully let the property quickly and efficiently. Katie and Jasmine have been very easy to reach and helpful throughout the process. Overall, they provide a reliable and professional service, and we would happily recommend them.

Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.

From the very beginning they were professional, supportive and always quick to help whenever we had questions. A special thank you to Kate and Robyne who were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Our sale ended up taking quite a while due to the chain, but they were incredibly patient, proactive and always kept things moving. Their communication was excellent and they really went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. Selling a property can be stressful, but having such a dedicated and reliable team behind us made a huge difference. We’re so glad we chose Martin & Co and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Thank you again Kate and Robyne for all your hard work!! ??????
13th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)We dealt with Jeremy and Nicola both were fantastic to deal with professional efficient and kept their word of selling our house . Other main agents in the area were abysmal and cost us time and money with their lack lustre attitude and inexperience and just not knowing what to do . USE ALAN COOKE ESTATE AGENTS THEY ARE FANTASTIC CLEVER AND TELL YOU STRAIGHT ABOUT PROPERTY AND MARKET - I COULD NOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH AND THEIR FEES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THANKS FOR A SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION

22nd Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Our Customer Journey: Over the years, we have used several estate agents to buy and sell both our rental properties and our current home. Last year, we were recommended Fowler and Powell by someone who works within the estate agency industry. Our previous experiences with high?street estate agents had all been very similar: they photographed the property, listed it on Rightmove, arranged viewings, and often sent different staff members each time—meaning we had to repeat the same information over and over again. Once a sale or purchase was agreed, we found ourselves constantly chasing for updates. Fowler and Powell were a complete game changer. The difference in service compared with other high?street agents was like night and day. Our first meeting was with Levi. He did not pressure us into signing with them. He carried out a thorough walk?through of our property and provided a realistic valuation—rather than the inflated valuations we had experienced with other agents, which later led to price reductions. Our next meeting was with Nicky, who was assigned to our property. After we signed the contract with her, she took the time to explain the full sales process clearly. She helped prepare our home for photographs and set up a WhatsApp group that included us and the Fowler and Powell team, ensuring everyone stayed informed and on the same page. Nicky handled every viewing personally, and we never had to repeat any details. She took all the pressure off us, and we are extremely grateful. Thank you, Nicky. Once our sale was agreed, we were introduced to Amelia, who acted as the link between us and our buyers. She kept us updated on every single detail and chased solicitors whenever needed. In fact, for the property we are purchasing, we’ve had to chase that estate agent ourselves—highlighting just how exceptional Amelia has been. Thank you, Amelia, for your dedication and proactive communication. We highly recommend Fowler and Powell and will only use them going forward.
