Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent
24th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently sold my house with William H Brown in Horsforth, a very professional service from enquiring about listing, through marketing, viewings and handling the sale. It can be such a stressful time but for us we were kept informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. Emma and the team were always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions or update us with any news. Thank you all
17th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Showed us a property and told us we could sign, but we had to answer some questions for the landlord first. We filled these out on the day and sent them off, however Haus sent them to the wrong email address. After hearing nothing from them, we chased them up and they informed us of their error, telling us they would fix it. A week later, we heard nothing again, and when we rang they told us another group had viewed and signed the house straight away (which we tried to do but Haus messed up). They didn’t even bother to tell us the house had gone. Poor communication and unprofessional. Disgusting.

20th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

25th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.
8th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have lived in the apartment for almost 4 years, and all in all, I would say it is a 4 out of 5 for them. I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. It has made a real difference.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.
