21st Feb 2026 (14 days ago)Goodwin Fish were responsive, attentive and professional throughout and straightforward and helpful in their dealings. They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

5th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware
19th Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)We’ve just finished a tenancy with Home and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! After a really difficult experience with a previous agency, I was quite nervous about starting a new tenancy. However, Home completely exceeded my expectations. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. She made the entire process, from moving in to moving out (and everything in between), completely stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Home again. I’d happily recommend them to everyone!

22nd Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)I once excellent company completely wrecked by its new owners. The company used to be very easy to communicate with, now its easier to communicate with the dead. They use to be polite, but Northwood regard tenants as an inconvenience. I had eight years of good experiences but the ninth is a mess, and its all because Northwood, the new owners, are terrible. It must have taken a lot of effort to transform a great company into one I am now writing a one-star review for on every platform I can find, but they managed it.

2nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house
28th Feb 2026 (7 days ago)My property had an offer in 1 week. I get updates as things progressing. They do not disturb me over the phone as I asked due to be working, but I get emails. We are still at the start of the selling and I know we have a few more months until the finish line, but surely they made a good impression for the start and hopefully that will last throughout the sale process till the end.

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

19th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)SAME REVIEW AS PREVIOUS USERS. STAFF ARE RUDE, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Suggest to avoid buying properties/ renting via this agent if you are landlord/ tenant. Unpleasant experience.
