Over the past 2.5 decades, Anthony, and his team have supported me extensively, from property letting / ongoing management, through to property sales & purchase. His level of commitment, focus on client care, and overall expertise in this sector is nothing short of outstanding – I genuinely could not recommend him, or his team highly enough. Most recently, I engaged GHE to sell a rental property – the sales team led by Rania Karyada & Gabriela Stahei worked tirelessly to ensure a rapid & smooth sales process. Another excellent result from the GHE team !

My partner and I were forced to delete our initial reviews and our deposit was withheld until we complied.<br><br>Spend a few minutes here and read the horror stories of people being physically attacked and mentally abused. Turn away. I know it's hard to find a house, but this corrupt organisation is the embodiment of late-stage capitalist hell.<br><br>We were forced to live in an old, leaky, mouldy house. It got so bad that my only form of consolation were these reviews that made me realise that I'm not the only one dealing with this.<br><br>Your life's worst mistake. STAY AWAY. READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE. The 5 star ones are fake.<br><br>P.s. I guess pronouncing your name in an anglicised way makes you think and act like a colonizer too, B'a'vna.

22nd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)I had a very good experience with Reeds Rains Salford Quays when I moved in last year, so it was very disappointing to see how much the service changed once I returned the keys.<br>It took 52 days to receive my deposit back, even though I immediately accepted the proposed deductions. During that time, I had to send multiple reminders and repeatedly chase for updates. When I asked why there was such a significant delay, I was not given any clear explanation.<br>Returning a deposit should not require this level of chasing from a former tenant. Unfortunately, what started as a very positive experience with Reeds Rains Salford Quays ended on a very disappointing note.

30th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

25th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Exceptional Service from Alex at Parkes Estates London<br><br>From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to understanding our needs.<br><br>To be honest I was quite demanding with what I was looking for, but Alex was patient, listened carefully to our requirements, and did his very best to find solutions that worked for both us and the landlord. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. He managed to balance our expectations with what was realistically possible for the landlord.<br><br>I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a property in London. 28th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!
