They are excellent, trust worthy, and 100% professional. The most important thing is they are always available via email and calls, They are responded within 15 minutes and efficient services for maintenance. Always found better plans for customers and make it everything on time.. Much appreciated the efforts of the whole team especially Robert and Danny for their ongoing support and dedication.
Charlotte, Jack and the team at Hills handled the sale of my property brilliantly. I felt like they gave me honest, professional advice and supported me as a seller throughout the process. I was super impressed how quickly they found me a buyer and how they always knew exactly where my sale was up to. If you visit Salford you'll see their yellow signs everywhere which is testament to their great reputation. Thanks again guys, I'd recommend you to anyone!

She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.

3rd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Recently sold our family home through Melissa Berry after my father's passing. We could not have chosen a more appropriate and structured estate agent. The team there, in particular Shauna, managed the process superbly (and quickly) and dealt with my family and I in the most caring, empathetic and efficient manner. As you can read, we would most highly recommend !

They made a significant mistake in their memorandum of advice. Their negligence on the matter has caused me to lose almost £70k. I found that they are unresponsive when you need legal counsel the most, perhaps because of high staff turnover and because they take on too many matters. What is even more disrespectful and a wonton breach of their duty of care to clients is that I raise a complaint in January and still have not received a response. They keep stalling me. I am now taking it up with SRA, Legal Ombudsman, and lawyers. If I were doing it again, I would use a conveyancer that comes recommended by an impartial party (not real estate agents that refer work to them) and has the capacity to handle the conveyance with the care it deserves.

5th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sunday lunch was delicious. Both duck terrine and smoked salmon executed perfectly! Beef dinner very tasty as was the turkey dinner although turkey was a little tough and the roast potatoes could definitely be improved. Gravy was magical. Sticky toffee pudding was excellent and the cheese board was so good excellent cheeses although I would have liked a fork for the cheese. Staff were excellent and the service was superb. Can't wait to visit again

1st Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)If you’re looking to sell or let your property, I would highly recommend Pearson Ferrier estate agents especially the Cheetham Hill branch. They are very friendly individuals who go above and beyond for both tenants and landlords. All the staff and management are extremely helpful, could not recommend them enough.
1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

Void these cheats
