20th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)BE AWARE??SCAMMERS ??Such an AWFUL and HORRIBLE agency it is and very rude to clients and especially foreigners ?..they don’t even deserve even a single star ????this what happened.we saw the flat online phoned them,and actually went to their office in queens road.we agreed on the viewing date.mind you no one else had viewed the property.on the day of viewing,the lady claimed that she took the wrong key for the property ????we had to organise another appointment.we did view the property and immediately paid the holding fee.paperwork started.sent everything they needed.according to them,the landlord had accepted us.I waited for 7 days for their response to know what next ,no response no emails,no nothing.phoned them and said the landlord considered someone else.i was very pissed off coz av been waiting for 7days and they didn’t have the courtesy to even communicate.anyways I told them I need my money back asap.glad av received my holding back..back they’re ????rubbish,and also very rude to foreigners.BE AWARE!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!???

Olivia Allen our property manager provided us with a most efficient and professional service when our tenants moved out and she was proactive in advertising our property and coordinated seamlessly the process of onboarding our new tenants. She kept us updated throughout the whole moving process and even afterwards was still in contact with anything we needed. Would highly recommend using her as an estate agent as she made the whole moving transition very simple.

9th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely unacceptable service. We have been waiting for months for this state agency to fix our boiler. Every time we call, we are given empty promises and excuses. Someone is always “scheduled to come,” yet nobody ever turns up. Living without a properly working boiler for this long is unacceptable, especially from an agency that is supposed to support residents. This level of incompetence and lack of care is shocking.

Karen’s valuation and sales information was exceptional; Julie’s help with viewings and showing our house to its best potential and Claire and Tia’s patient but persistent chasing and moving things on. 16th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avoid at all costs – completely dishonest. We attended a viewing for a rental property on Redwater Close, Worsley. Luckily, we arrived early and ended up speaking with a contractor at the property, who told us he was actually buying the house within a year. That immediately raised alarm bells. When Ben from the agency eventually arrived, we told him what we had been informed. He called someone at the office, and they suddenly claimed they had no idea about any sale. Huge red flags. When we got home, we did our own checks and discovered the property was also listed for sale. So naturally, the question is: how could we trust that we wouldn’t be asked to leave after six months if a buyer came along? We were later told that they did know the property was up for sale, but that the landlord had decided to rent it out because it “wasn’t selling” — even though it had only gone on the market the previous Friday. The stories just didn’t add up. There were inconsistencies from start to finish. Extremely unprofessional and misleading behaviour. Proceed with caution — or better yet, avoid altogether.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

3rd Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Lauren was head and shoulders above the other agents we had to value the house and pitch their firm - she was genuinely excited to sell our house, not waxing lyrical about how great the firm was. The whole thing was very smooth with the photographer round within a few days and straight up on Rightmove. Sold within a week for asking price. Can't say fairer than that. Side note - Bridgefords wanted to put it on for 35k less to 'start a bidding war'. Avoid!
