The valuation given was higher than expected, and although not realised in the final sale price, was close enough to what I was looking for. Correspondence throughout has been brisk, as ever you warm more to some than others, but all very efficient. I would reuse and recommend them in the future.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. He managed to balance our expectations with what was realistically possible for the landlord.<br><br>I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a property in London. Sophie and Emma have gone above and beyond to look after us- I am sad to say goodbye! I seriously couldn’t recommend them anymore to other people.
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We used this company when selling our house, and having previously dealt with other estate agents, the positive experience we had with Wilson was even more noticeable.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions straight away. They gave us a realistic valuation of our property, unlike some other agents who deliberately overvalue a house to win your business and then gradually reduce the price.<br><br>They also think of everything. From the quality of the photographs and the property description to providing useful information about the local area, they clearly put a lot of thought into how to present your property in the best possible way.<br><br>Our buyer’s solicitor was unfortunately very slow, which could easily have made the whole process extremely stressful and drawn-out. The Wilson team took the initiative, helped organise the negotiations and kept things moving. Thanks to them, the sale was completed much more quickly than it otherwise might have been.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Selling a house can be a very stressful and complicated process, but with Wilson we felt that we could trust them to deal with things and keep us informed throughout.<br><br>It’s no surprise that we are seeing more and more Wilson boards around the area. They have earned their reputation. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their property.
28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!

The whole team has been very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the process.<br><br>I’ve been working particularly with Poppy, and she has been absolutely fantastic — always helpful, responsive, and clear at every stage. The communication has been excellent, and I’ve felt well supported throughout the entire process.<br><br>I would highly recommend Bentley Hurst to anyone looking for professional support with property or investment in the UK.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with X1 Sales & Management. I spent over an hour trying to get through on the phone, but nobody answered and I was left on hold.<br><br>I was allocated a parking space but was given a broken parking remote. I called to report the issue, but no one picked up, so I had to travel to the office in person. Unfortunately, I was simply given another remote that was also broken. No one had tested it beforehand, resulting in a completely unnecessary journey, wasted travel expenses and wasted time.<br><br>I also submitted the issue through the maintenance portal, but have received no response.<br><br>The lack of communication and basic customer service is extremely frustrating. I would expect much better management and support from a professional property management company.
